What's on your Monday Menu?
A salad in Pittsburgh come with steak and French Fies and tons of Ranch or blue cheese dressing. I always have to order a deconstructed version every time I am out if I want a protein on it. I hope you find something you like.

You got the mega bucket list item going! How much of what you're doing is scheduled/itinerized outside of the route itself? Is every stop for the night and museum/library outlined for maximum impact?

The Presidential Libraries are high on the list as is dropping in on family and friends. We just rerouted again last night, because time is flying by. We have only two hard date targets to hit. April 1 to pick up our grands in Nashville and April 11 to drop them off at the airport in Boston. Especially after their drop off, we'll be able to be more flexible and stay longer in places we are loving.
We are be-bopping our way and probably should be paying more attention to minimizing expenses for fuel, and maximizing exposure, but we are enjoying the family and friends part the very most.
Good morning, everybody!
It was a cold snowy weekend, so except for trips to the gym and supermarket, we pretty much stayed in and binge watched The Last of Us.
Combining two emerging themes from this morning, I am now stressed that the discoloration on my left big toenail is the first step towards me turning into a Clicker or, worse yet, a Bloater. I guess I should have listened to my Endocrinologist about seeing the Podiatrist.
My youngest is home and we have enjoyed visiting with him. We are going out to this Asian Steak place in Chicago called Holu tomorrow night.
Today is Day 10 of Whole 30. So far I am on plan. However, on Saturday, they messed up my coffee order at Starbucks and I took a sip of Latte before I figured out that it wasn't my standard Decaf Americano. According to the rules, that situation is up to me to decide whether to start over at Day 1. I am thinking about it. It's lead that I want to immediately go back to eating a Cliff Bar every time I walked through the kitchen and more that I want to step on the scale April 3 to see how it went.
Based on my Whole 30 book, day 10 and 11 are when most people quit, but I don't think that I am going to.
I think that I won an award from my gym for the Crossfit Open, but I wasn't at the gym to receive it, so I don't know what it is.
QOTD: I guess that getting our youngest off to college was the last item.
Breakfast: Pork and Potatoes
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Eggroll in a bowl
Have a great day, all!

I'm so not up on shows and just googled clicker and bloater before the latter returned as a thing from "The Last of Us". Ha.
Congrats on your probable win. Maybe we'll see it on Friday!
And if you start Whole 30 over again after that long because of a sip...that's dedication!

you are doing great. 11 th day?
"Based on my Whole 30 book, day 10 and 11 are when most people quit" - I know a few who quit every weekend, and restarted every Monday. They didn't wanted to believe its not the same as whole 30 days strait. They were surprised they did not lose weight nor their skin got better...

Yes. Marilyn says that she is doing it except for her morning toast and pasta when she gets hungry.
it's good to see you back, I hope you enjoyed your trip.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
My whole weekend was spent worrying about the cord you lost JB. Did it every resurface? Also, Great Job on the MBA program. You're kicking its butt!
Nothing exciting this weekend. The winery was ok. Nothing to exciting. I did get my Easter Ravioli made and I will try to get a Strawberry cheesecake done this week and put in the freezer since the strawberries were so beautiful at Aldi yesterday.
This time change is killing me. Does anyone live where they do not change the time? I didn't even do my arm stretches and ice my arm this morning because it was cold, and I had no desire to move from the bed. I'll do them right after this post.

Arizona doesn't change time and I lived there for 6 years. You think it will be awesome but when everyone else changes time and you don't it's a pain in the butt. Twice a year any meetings have to be rescheduled, no one really knows what time it is when they call you, it's chaos!
