Funny. I get actual letters in the mail about every two months from companies offering to buy my "vacant land". They all reference that they were able to get the info through public available tax records. They also tend to reference that sadly, they are unable to pay market price. A couple of months ago I also started getting texts for the same.
If I were inclined, my counter-offer would be $3m because I like my space. Two neighbors inside of a mile are more than plenty in my book. I get a lot of joy out of shredding those offers.

Good morning, everybody!
Marilyn is a little miffed at me.
Yesterday was a double dip day, lifting in the morning and Crossfit in the afternoon. So, even with a LaCroix-only happy hour, I fell asleep at about 9:00. Which meant that I was good to go at about 3:30.
I got out of bed at 5:00, took my vitamins and meds, turned off the bathroom light, walked out the door, took two steps, and promptly collided with Marilyn who had got up to go to the bathroom. Startled both of us.
But the upshot of that was that she got out of bed at 6:00, which is about 2 1/2 hours earlier than she likes to. Now she is wrapped in a blanket, reading her IPAD and blaming me for her being up so early.
QJB, I don't know how to cook a brisket.
I may stop at Target on my way to work to pick up a Whole 30 compliant salad dressing. Also some canned coconut milk and Chia seeds to make Chia pudding for tomorrow.
QOTD: Generally, I never answer the phone. 90% of the time it is either cold calls from financial advisers, or a Robocall from my hospital advising me not to come into my appointment if I have COVID.
Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs
Lunch: Salad with Chicken
Dinner: Roast Pork
Have a great day, all.

Jim,
I feel for Marilyn. My hubby woke me up way too early this morning at 3:58 with his snoring. I came out on the couch and tried to sleep with no success. I gave up when the dog needed to go out and go potty and the cat demanded food.
The recipe that I have is really basic. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds for every 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk. (I think a can is 13.5 ounces, so I will use 5-6 tablespoons). Stir and refrigerate overnight. We have some strawberries that need to be used, so I will top with those.
Where did you find the Chia seeds? I looked in the baking and nut aisles at Super Target and couldn't find them.
