What's on your Monday Menu?
True lies was quite bad -- bad casting too. The Company you keep is worth following. Not Dead Yet has grown on us a little.

Good morning! We are n Austin today. Had a wonderful weekend with my niece in San Antonio. What a treat to get to see her new home she just bought all by herself.
QOTD. Mostly no. Just two. I'm devastated when I reach the point of acknowledging that someone is not healthy for me. But I've learned to walk away and wish them the best.
In a sort of side bar to this, I've never been quiet about how I feel about Texas and Florida. But, I feel I must point out that we have encountered nothing but kindness, generosity and happy people on this trip so far. So as in most things, while I may not agree with your opinions or politics, I'm reminded that most humans are good.
on Saturday we did a short 3 mile bike ride and walked around downtown San Antonio. We got to Austin yesterday in time to do a nine mile bike ride and a two mile walk with the dogs. I did ok on food. Not all the best picks, but very limited quantities of everything. Today is the LBJ museum and then back to our rig. We hope to complete the other part of the bike trail on Lady Bird Lake. It should be another 9-10 miles since we are doing half and turning back again.
Breakfast is hb egg and cottage cheese
Lunch and dinner are TBD but we do have a ton of leftovers to use up.
Peace Everybody!

Glad to hear Texas is treating you well, all things considered!

I often find people are good, in one's and twos. Put them in larger groups and they can be really, really awful.

There are a lot of great outdoorsy things to love about Austin. Even when the pavement is melting, it can be a fun city. Sounds like you're making good progress on your haul through Texas!

Good morning QJB and menuers!
Welcome to Monday. Nope, not ready for it. I keep trying to convince myself to work on weekends to get ready for it but I'm not willing to give up much time these days!
Sounds like you're making great progress in cookie world. Those classes sound like so much work. I hope there's a huge cash influx benefit for you.
QOTD- I guess so? If there's someone I cut out of my life, it's for a reason and I don't see it as a grudge. In the few "bad" instances, I'll never speak to or see those people again if I can help it but I don't talk about them. Not really sure how that counts.
Yesterday I ended up doing a lot more yard pickup than planned, which is good since there's a lot to do. It's a bit easier to move without the surgical glue, though I'm still slow. I dug up a four foot pipe and what looks like a metal tractor seat out of the pasture, too. Got all my food prep done other than mushrooms. Woo! And some cleaning. And some laundry.
Accountability- Better on water. Bit too much tasting while cooking.
Exercise - Will elliptical when I get home today. In the office, so left early.
Menu - Smoked salmon, part of two eggs, ham and broccoli casserole, Italian sausage with red lentil protein pasta (not chickpeas!), protein heavy red beans. Blueberries. Still aiming for 15g of carbs with meals but considering how I want to proceed.
Have a wonderful day!
