Hello everyone
Today has been great so far, long may it continue haha and it's the weekend! Woohoo
QOTD: I'm dying for the final part of manifest to return and I jus****ched You. Watched so many documentaries lately but I forget the names. I fell in love with some US shows like flip or flop and house hunters when in hospital haha they felt fake but I was drugged and addicted.
I listen to a lot of podcasts mostly Aussie but one I love is a Golden Girls TV show recap called 'out on the lanai' it's done really well and I can fall asleep listening to it (not because it's boring, just is an easy listen).
food today is egg, ground turkey, yogurt, protein and meal replacement shake
Enjoy your day!
Thanks for the reminder about Manifest, I watched a few episodes and enjoyed it.

I only watched the first season, or maybe 2, of Manifest, then it got canceled, resurrected, moved, and I lost track. Are they bringing it back to wrap up the story?

I watched first season then forgot about it. Only took it back up when I was sick early last year and became an addict!
nBC ran three series and then cancelled it but when Netflix started re running it it became the biggest show on Netflix, so Netflix and NBC got into a bidding war to do a final series.
Netflix won and so they have released the first 10 eps already of The final season and will release the next 10 soon ish.

Good morning everyone and Yay Friday (and Yay Saturday way down under, lol).
I love the Groovy Bunnies, very fun!
I have my rowing workout in for the morning; did not get my 5K in 20 minutes, only 4797 so had to add an extra 150 strokes on manual to get over the mark and then some. I didn't get one of my must do's done yesterday so I will take a lunch and knock that out and then after work I need to run by whole paycheck and I have a massage this evening. I made a good dent on everything I wanted done this week so won't have to be crazy busy with the things I wanted done before Monday.
QOTD - I hated Coldest Case in Laramie, hated. I loved Mandalorian, I've been enjoying season 3 of Picard (at least the two episodes I've seen, I know there is a new one this week that I haven't seen yet); loving The Last of Us as well. Music wise the new Pink CD is great; I love Pink.
menu today
coffee plus half and half X2
Everroast Deli Chicken plus slice cheddar X 2
dinner tbd
Have a great Friday/weekend everyone!

That's me way in the back driving my sled. The two dogs by themselves in photo two are Pablo and Picasso - littermates. All the puppies from the same litter get a name starting with the same letter -- which is cool but the guide said it gets hard when there's five boys and the letter of the litter is Q, lol. The husky's are well taken care of, many of them get to go home with the guides, they get tons of socialization as puppies with the visitors and other dogs. The guide that oriented us had come to the lodge to work with the dogs for one summer, 8 years ago and just never went home.
This is me in the cold weather jumpsuit -- what you can't see is my long underwear pants, fleece leggings, insulated pants, my long underwear long sleeve shirt, regular shirt, fleece jacket under neath...along with my ear muffs, fleece beanie, balaclava, two pairs of wool socks and that I had two pairs of gloves one. It was cold.
Feeding the reindeer! Santa's reindeer our false advertising, I was expecting them to be the size of a moose or caribou...but reindeer are really about the size of a large deer in height but stockier and wider.
And here are a few pictures from the Northern Lights! All taken with my phone, two of them I turned up the color saturation a bit (ok, on one of them I turned it up a lot, on one just a tiny bit) but two of them I didn't - trying to give you an idea of what you see with your naked eye vs what you see through the camera; it's very different.
and a couple of pictures from Tallinn, Estonia
The narrowest house in the old city (they were taxed by width of house); a decorated marzipan (Estonia says it's the origin of marzipan although this appears to be hotly disputed by the Germans); and my favorite picture of me from the trip. I did buy a felted wool hat but not that one. The felted wool is so warm; my boots are felted wool as well and I love them - super warm and no seams.
