Good morning ~ Enjoy your snowy movie day, sounds lovely! Feeling so much better lately - all the aliments are improving and the quality sleep I'm getting is amazing. I see light at the end of the tunnel in all areas and it feels great. Work is going really well. First round interviews for my job have been scheduled for 2 weeks out. So much happening the next few months with work travel, surgery and training a new person - it will be nice not to have that responsibility anymore! All good stuff. I have one meeting this afternoon and yay! another day to catch up on some little things before the 1st tomorrow.

QOTD -Never! I'm the same way. I've had a $5 bill in my wallet forever from a lotto pool. Everyone zelle'd or vemo'd me, but that one person with the friggin' cash....

Accountability - great

b- coffee, HB eggs

l- chicken, salad

d - Taco in bowl

s- tomatoes or jerky

e -stretch, yoga

I need to drink more water

Have a great day!

It's such a relieving thought when the light at the end of the tunnel appears. I recently was able to see the light at the end of my tunnel and it seems that it is attainable now. I can't tell you how much I've de-stressed since I actually thought life might return to a sense of normalcy.

What is your surgery? Sorry I missed your previous posts mentioning surgery. I haven't been able to read everyone's comments for a little while.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good Morning! JB- great job on getting both papers done and I hope you can truly enjoy the well deserved chill day. My surgeon totally released me and said I no longer need physical therapy. He said it's not a bad idea to keep the sessions on hold and use them if I need them. Right now I just need to read my body's cues and be patient as I build back up endurance and strength. I have been spending more time on the elliptical than the treadmill the last few days since my calf muscles on the other side seem a bit angry and tight.

QOTD: I don't use cash often, we do pay our gardener in cash but Em still gets some cash tips so we usually will just transfer money to her account and take her cash.

Accountability: too many added snacks

TSS: 8 years 5 months

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: P3 pack, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: Shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, 2 net zero tortillas, a banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate or York peppermints

ES: Greek yogurt

E: Treadmill and elliptical time

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1434 Protein:116 Carbs:132 Fat:56

Have a great one!
