Good mornin JB and everyone!
Today looks to be busy. I have appointments at 8:30 and 2:00. One with my PCP and the other is at the pain clinic to get my dosage upped. Not looking forward to the first at all. Not even sure why.
The power company never showed up yesterday. So my mom is freakin out a bit. She'll just drop me off and come back home. I'm hoping she'll call when she gets back home. We'll see
As of late I'm just so much more tired than usual. It has helped with sleep in a way. The longer I sleep the more pain I'm in. My arms have started doing what my legs have been doing. They'll just jerk forward out of the blue right at the top of my arm. It's very jarring to say the least.

Yep, survived Monday and it was a long one! I slept badly the night before so I was pretty much out by the time I got to the hotel. Except, now I'm up prepping for the day. Woo!
Late night flight tonight. I managed to squeeze in a dozen or so meetings outside of just the people I ran into, so it was a very social day. I stayed for the first hour of the reception and then cut out. Today looks to be the same. I've got a breakfast intro meeting, a half day workshop, lunch with someone from another org, and some other sessions including my small moderator bit this afternoon. Tomorrow is all day work training, so I'll be ready for the weekend right about then. Oh, and I keep having to duck out to keep actual work moving. So many people have commented on finding me in corners on my laptop. Maybe I'll set a trend.
QOTD- Not if I can help it. I do play on hard mode, though, since I also don't use cash transfer apps, like at all. There was one time I took money out to pay someone for something and just said "Venmo" when I handed it to her. She laughed, so there's that.
Accountability- Yesterday had curried chicken, undressed greens and two fingerling potatoes for lunch. Barbacoa fajita meat, bit of veggies, and sauce with limes for dinner. Did good. Am happy. Not enough water by far, though.
Exercise- I'd definitely intended to walk to my hotel last night. Unfortunately, this is the longest active day I've had since surgery and I was in quite a lot of pain at the end. I Ubered (third time ever!). Lots of walking at the conference, though. And I stood for a lot of the general sessions.
Menu - All TBD. I saw core power protein shakes in the hotel store so might pick one of those up to have with me.

Hey all
I'm feeling ok today! Last day of summer in Australia (even though March will be summer ish)
QOTD: Can't remember the last time I paid for anything by cash. Maybe a year or so ago. Still the occasional cash only lunch take aways around, always presume it's just for the tax dodge! Lol
Not sure on food, I'll work it out at some point.

I thought the same about the tax dodge. When during Covid they were taking venmo they realized it can be tracked so the people I pay with check reverted back to checks.
