Good Morning! Happy Friday-Eve. JB- stay safe and warm. Yum the smell of warm bread is amazing, and garlic too! So at PT yesterday they want to put in for another 12 sessions in case I need them but I'll see what my doc says when I go Monday.
QOTD: When we were on our last cruise we did that quite a bit.

Yes, I always feel that PT squeezes you for everything you got. Last time I asked for a continuing exercise plan, and I left. I have had no limitations do to not going for 12 more sessions of PT. But do not forget to get the continued plan so you can do it yourself.

Good morning ~ Garlic is the best, but YOU is even better!! Omg is right - I love this show and can't wait for S4 part 2! Our 'winter' weather is bad today, for us anyway - high winds, pouring rain and a high of 45 which is freezing for us. Rob had to go up to NoCal and will probably be hitting some snow! Today should be a nice day at work. I completed all my reports/projects for the month and get to work on the growing pile of work I've been put off. I need to keep busy so I don't think about food today because I am on clear liquids through tomorrow for my colonoscopy. I start my prep tonight which is all miralax so nothing horrible to choke down.
QOTD - The golf course! There is a patio, we usually get a drink and/or food that has a great view of everything and everyone. The restaurant/bar, the pro shop, first hole, the cart area, putting green and driving range- it's great fun. the things you overhear! The jokes and stories form the old guys area the best.
Accountability - odd food day for me - no breakfast, 1/2 my lunch and soup broth and crackers for dinner.
Food today: tea, broth, jello, popsicles and repeat

G'morning all!
We were out of power most of the day yesterday. A couple of times it came back just to tease us and went away. We were the obnoxious house in the neighborhood with the loud generator to keep the fridge from melting down. Everything else was down, including wifi. You know what wasn't down? My elliptical because it's not plugged in so I had no excuse about not doing my workout. Weather situation is bad enough that we got a county wide text about freezing conditions and wind; the authorities are asking not to drive if you don't have to through Fri. That's crazy!!! I have an eye Dr appt today that I am curious to see if they are gonna cancel it or make me go in. I'm good either way.
QOTD: oh QJB, I used to people watch in Harvard square too when I lived in Boston. It was the perfect place. I also loved the cafes in Brookline. Hmmmm, here where I live most beach side restaurants and cafes are optimal for people watching.
