About that Coffin. This body will not see one. It is burn baby burn for me.

And about the fish fry, that is huge here in western PA so huge the local TV stations make lists and maps and rate them on how good they are. I am not a fried kind of gal since surgery so I avoid the ones that I cannot get something baked. Do you eat fried fish?

Never mind coffins or fires, you need to stay here for a good long time.

If I have a choice I will get blackened or grilled, but I will have some breading tomorrow.

I dump on sugar and sugar alcohols are increasingly a problem, but I can digest pretty much anything that my teeth can break.

I'm having a moment right now reading replies that are intermingled between cremation and fish fries. Ne'er the two should meet when I question whether blackened is the fish fry or something else. Love this group. :)

I have not had fried fish since surgery. Before surgery I would have chosen fried options, now though I would do backed or blackened like Jim suggested. I rarely eat fish but now that sounds good.

I eat fried fish and French fries. As long as the amount is small, I am good with grease. I dump on sugar and alcohol.
