Hello all!
qotd: Sydney has a wonderful and huge park on the Eastern edge of the CBD that I work across from called Hyde Park (not to be confused with London's) and I love people watching there - all of humanity on show from the fit and beautiful, rich, well dressed, badly dressed to those down on their luck! You'll always see something and never quite sure what haha
Food: pretty standard but reintroducing soft lamb this evening was a highlight
Have a great day all!

Hahaha I love that meme!
Good mornin everyone!
Well my appointment yesterday was a mixed bag. They did a smaller than normal increase due to my itchiness reaction, which did happen. Then they felt of the placement to show an intern how to check it. It's "mobile" as they put it and they are worried it'll flip flop in the pocket which would kink the tubing. Then it'd have to have a revision of it. Now I have to wear a binder at all times, except showering of course. The dosage is still to small to make a difference.
Nothing much planned for the day. Going to get a pan of mini frittatas made. I'm feeling rather light headed at the moment and a bit queasy...not sure what that's about. Also really feeling a lot of pain. It hurts to sit, lay down and walk...nothing is more comfortable than they others. Just blah. But it could always be worse so I'm thankful that it's not even worse.
Gratitudes:
My mom, she isn't anywhere near perfect but she's the perfect mom for me.
protein pancakes being soooo filling
once again for the vistaril and Benadryl ****tail for the itching.
QOTD: hmmm not really that into it as I avoid crowds due to social anxiety. If I had to pick one it'd be comic conventions. You see a bit of everything! I've only been to two and one I was vending at(nightmare!). You see all sorts of fun stuff.
B: premier protein pancakes 2 tbs syrup and coffee
L: bowl of soup and cheese
D: ???? And Brussels sprouts
S: mini rice cake bag, pistachios and probably a cheese stick.

It seems I will. I'm believing it will stay and help. It's just going to be a slower progress than I had hoped for.

It's supposed to be set in with scar tissue. Apparently my body is bad at that? It's always something.
I'm not sure how long i'll have to have the binder right now. I see the neurosurgeons NP on the 14th and I figure that'll decide if I need a revision or what.

Good morning, everybody!
Lots of good coffin talk yesterday. Hopefully everybody's spirits will improve as we get closer to the weekend.
Remember when Marilyn went to Tiffany's for that brunch event? I told you that she won the raffle? What I forgot to tell you was that not only did she not buy anything for herself, but she bought me a bracelet. I haven't worn it yet, so today might be the day. The clasp is kind of hard to work.
I'm also super excited because Lenten Friday drive through fish dinners are back at our local church tomorrow. I am definitely in for the next two Friday's at least. They won't fly under Whole 30.
Open event 23.2 is announced at 12 PST today. Each Friday night during the Open we have one group of people do the event in front of the whole gym. Tomorrow is Masters and Teens, so I will be up there. Whether I do it scaled or RX will depend on what is announced this afternoon.
QOTD : Probably a city courtyard on a Spring day. Or the Supermarket.
Breakfast: Fritatta
Lunch: Ahi tuna slad
Dinner: Steak
Have a great day, all!
