I am insisting on a closed coffin. I have never seen anyone in a coffin that looked good to me.

I haven't seen anyone who looked good in one, either. I told Greg once that if he does that to me, I'll come back and haunt him for the rest of his life...

Good Morning! JB- I'm positive you're going to put together the best party for your parents. It sounds like you found the perfect place for your classes- yay. Shorter day for me today for PT, I think it's an evaluation to measure my range of motion and all if that.

QOTD. Engineering and graphics software I needed to use was not offered for Apple, but since retirement from that I no longer have a PC, just an IPad and IPhone. Although sometimes I miss having a PC.

Nothing planned for today although I need to go to the store for fruit, milk. I hit a new low on the scale although I am not trying to lose. I have added back some carbs, slice of pizza or french fries maybe a couple of times a week. I am no longer avoiding things like that but 95 percent of the time it is protein, fruit veggies first. I have a lot of doctors, two of them think I am too thin and the others are encouraging the lower weights. I am at a BMI of 20 now. Suprisingly my bariatric surgeon did not give me a goal weight, that was up to me. I am good with where I am, but need to figure out what I need to do to stay at this weight.

Menu: protein shake, cottage cheese and fruit. Fresh caught fish that was gifted to me yesterday, coleslaw. Will cook that for lunch, fried because Hubs prefers that and so do I since it is sea trout. Dinner: scrambled eggs and salsa. Snacks, pecans, popcorn.

the vast majority of us gain 10-20 lbs after hitting our lowest weight, without much effort on our part. I think it's more your body settling in at a setpoint it's comfortable with (although YOU might not be comfortable with it...). So be careful with how much you do in an effort to gain a few lbs...

I gained about 8 pounds within an hour of hitting my very lowest weight. It seemed like an hour. But then I stayed at that weight for a long time. I think my first three yearly followup were within a pound or two.

I stayed at my lowest just long enough to race out and get my new drivers license. Sadly unlike Arizona our DLs are only good for 5 years. AZ was good until like 62 or 65

In MA we need to renew every 5 years, but can do it online. You don't need a new picture unless the one on your license is more than 14 (!!!) years old.
