What's on your Tuesday Menu

Good morning ~ I'm hoping its not the $25,000 party you got roped back into! But it's your parents - what are you gonna do. Sorry to hear about your class - there definitely needs to be instruction, you are not crazy to expect that in the least. It was such a nice long weekend!! I enjoyed every minute! I am working from home today. My little pup is sick and was up most of the night. I need to get him into the vet asap - hoping to avoid the pet ER. Also I need to get an EKG for my doctor clearance/ insurance approval but without a PCP (I have a new patient appt in April), that is not an easy thing so I may end up having to get one at the hospital. I may call a few more PCP offices accepting new patients to see if I can get in sooner.
QOTD - I average 60-80ish.
Accountability - breakfast was chicken broth/crackers and lunch was popcorn - ugh, but dinner was chicken and salad.
B- coffee, eggs w/cheese
l- chicken and salad
d- Pollo Asada taco in a bowl
s- beef jerky
Have a wonderful day!

Hope your pup is okay!
And best of luck with establishing a PCP. It's a bit shocking how long the lead time is to get in as a new patient. No joke. But it sounds like your surgery can move forward regardless, so yay for a positive!

Yep, that's the party. We did come to an agreement on a max amount that is more reasonable, but I also just started job hunting again because I don't think it is responsible to stay unemployed and take on this expense. Whomp whomp.

I'm sorry to hear about having to find work with school and your business! I know you can handle anything - especially after all you went through with BPS, but still - take care!

Why do you need to have a PCP for the pre-op EKG? The bariatric surgical clinic should order it on their end so you can get it done.
Poor puppy. What is wrong with the little guy?
