Good morning, everybody!
Congratulations to Mike for his weight loss and to CH for her raise. Seems like we are off to a good start today. QJB, I agree that almost everybody learns accounting through a teacher going through T accounts on a board.
After being back at goal at year end, I am about 10 pounds up since then. My endocrinologist switched one of my meds and while it lowers my sugars, it has had a bad effect on my weight. She said that it is only temporary until the Ozempic shortage resolves, but I need to start doing my part as well.
So this weekend I am going to sign up for Whole 30 and also buy the cookbook as well. On Happy Hour tomorrow, I am going to tell everyone that I will be on water for a month. Still looking forward to joining in and chatting.
QOTD: I don't do a great job tracking. In general, I eat a lot for a WLS patient, so I am sure that I am getting enough. But I should go back to MFP.
Breakfast: Fritatta
Lunch: Steak
Dinner: Stuffed Pepper
Have a great day, all!
