Morning Gang! Who has today off? It's more of the same for me. Papers, cookies, blah blah.

Not much else going on. Grim has been at his brother's new house for a week doing a ton of painting and helping his move, so I have had the TV to myself. I've been binging YOU which is... whoa! I love it.

QOTD: What's your favorite grocery store? I like Trader Joe's for most everything, but it's just not close by, so I go to Shaw's for the staples. I also go to Costco for bakery stuff, and I always get their sous vide egg bites, there :)

B: egg bites

L: protein shake

S: greek yogurt

D: chicken

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Well, happy Monday! Yep, I have to work today. Thanks for reminding me that the commute might be lighter with many off and the kids probably out of school.

QOTD- If we're talking big chains, probably Publix. Not that there are any around here. No Trader Joe's within three hours and one Whole Foods an hour away I occasionally shop at. Otherwise, there had been a local natural foods store I shopped at all the time until they changed their assortment and layout to be more like Whole Foods. These days anything outside of Walmart is a treat.

Today is just making it through meetings, lunch with a peer, and my eval. I'm wearing a compression garment to support my stomach. Not a binder and not Spanx level but something from Walmart that helps keep me from feeling like organs are moving that shouldn't be.

Accountability- Feels like I ate everything yesterday but I ended up heavily trimming my stuff to cut down on fat. Scale stayed the same.

Exercise - Office walking?

Menu - turkey taco casserole, ratio yogurt, leftovers quiche, slices of lamb steak, seaweed, four triscuits.

Have a fantastic Monday, and hopefully day off!

Yay for organs where they belong! When we were in Florida loved to get Publix subs for our fishing trips.

They made the best Philly cheesesteak sandwiches! I miss that. Don't think they're even on the menu, now.

And yep, not sure why it feels like everything is moving around when I stand up but probably better to keep things where they should be!

Guess I didn't really realize that. I didn't feel anything like this after the first surgery! Hopefully nothing migrates too far.

As we lose weight - we lose the fat that is in that area. The extra space that was filled with fat is suddenly "empty" allowing our inside organs and intestines to move more freely inside us. Until our skin and muscles that surround that area get more defined, and starts "shrinking", there is a possibility of more movement. Working on your abdominal muscles may be a good idea. Depending on the person age, genetics, and how long they were obese, the degree of how much the skin could shrink is very individual.

Mornin folks! Hope you're having a great Monday so far.

Not just a whole lot planned for the day. We may run to the bank/atm.

I'm exhausted. It's just my constant state of being. It does t matter if I get slee*****t!

food yesterday was pretty abysmal. 3 slices of pizza through the afternoon I had a cupcake and cheese. My brother got a cheese pizza with feta on it...it seems to good to resist. It's the first ordered pizza we've had in we'll over a year or more.

hoping to get chainmaille worked on today.

Gratitudes:

PP shakes for a breakfast save

socks

being able to smell the roses at Walmart!

QOTD: United or natural grocers. Our choice here sucks. 4 supe Walmarts and 3 market Walmarts. Mind you our city is just over 200,000 people strong. Can you say monopoly?

B: PP shake and two small cookies

L: ?????

I have had goat cheese pizza but not sure I've had feta pizza. It would be delicious, I think!

Good morning, Everybody!

OK weekenders, this going 12, 14, 17 hours on flights without peeing is just plain crazy. I consider myself a hero if I walk upstairs and use the bedroom bathroom instead of going downstairs, so that I don't have to listen to the water running while I watch TV.

Is anybody interested in doing Whole 30? I don't want to change anything drasti****il after the Open is over, but I think that I am going to try it starting on March 4th. Hala?

Speaking of which, I ended up doing the scaled Masters which is 14 minutes of:

60 Calorie Row

50 situps

40 Wall Balls 14 pounds/8 feet

30 power cleans 65 pounds

20 jumping chest to bar pullups

I got through the whole cycle and back on the rower for 14 more calories, so my score was 214. I felt kind of wimpy doing the scaled but I just didn't see 50 toes to bar happening yesterday.

It was a good workout, and I definitely crashed on the couch afterwards (Made it through 1923). I think that I am around the middle of the pack for my age group, although there is still a day to post scores. There are definitely fewer people competing as the ages get higher.

Today I have lifting in the morning. Its a regular work day for us.

I spoke with all three children over the weekend, which was exciting. DS had a date yesterday - thank goodness he wasn't able to wear the RBSS.

Cute hair, Lisa.

Cute Kitchen, Chrissie.

Sheila. I have been thinking about it and the reason why Marilyn picks up the kids from college is that she is the boss of the house and I just pretty much do what she tells me to. I bet you already knew that.

QOTD: Caputo's is my favorite. It's an Italian market and unlike most stores they put the real food in the middle and the processed crap in the corners. All three children love Mitsui market, which is Japanese. Marilyn like Jewel, which is basic. But since she does 95% of the shopping, that is where we usually go.

Breakfast: Egg sandwich

Lunch: Roast Beef

Dinner: Chicken

Have a great day, all!
