What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Good morning QJB and menuers,
Happy Friday! Of course, doesn't feel too much like Friday since I was off for part of the week. Glad it sounds like you had a good day!
QOTD- I remember my Speak and Spell. Was a fan of that as a kid and the "blocks" we had that were really just 2x4's sawed into different sizes. Wasn't ever into traditional toys and we didn't have much money but I have good memories there.
Few meetings today and just continuing to plug through catching up. So glad I'm not at the conference in Chicago this week. Naps are still happening!
Accountability- good!!
Exercise - More of the same. Looking forward to my follow up next week.
Menu - Ratio yogurt, chicken soup, maybe beef stew. More egg salad. Doing pretty well working through what feels like a mountain of food.
Pic is just a screenshot from MFP since I had a loss today for the first time in a bit. Slow and steady.

This squeamish soul would like to thank you for opting out of the before/during/after dental surgery close-ups. I am sure you look great, but 100 percent that would be a fainting spell for me.

Oh hey, noted! My extractions are scheduled for March 24th right now and I can pretty much guarantee I'm going to find a way to fit this phone in my mouth for comparison and tracking photos...but you definitely won't have to see them. :) Fainting would not be a fun way to spend a Friday!
Both my oral surgeon and orthodontist tell me it's going to be some months for the results of all this, anyway. My first adjustment for the braces is scheduled to be less than a week after surgery, so they're working on sooner rather than later!
This has been a busy 12 months for me, medically. Hoping after last week's sirgery and next month's extractions for no more procedures for...as long as I can manage!
