Good morning JB and menu Friends, We picked up Bethanys ashes yesterday, more at peace now that she is home. I asked Joddie when she was on the phone if they had done a paw print, they had as requested. I had not told Joddie previously, I had a dream this week that her paw print was not completed as requested and that I flipped **** to the point that the cops were called...LOL...I woke up saying my god Michael, you are 54 years old, get control.

Ryley is flying to Florida today for a week and a half. Poor kid will get to enjoy mid 80's weather and get to spend time with my folks. My oldest son spent a week with my folks last month, so fortunate that the boys understand the value of spending time with their grandparents. They are both great to Joddies Mom as well.

Having another great week with weight loss. I loved the skinnylicious analogy, I just cant get over how much I miss Ribeye! I need to stop *****ing about it I guess.

I am getting bored with my lunch of choice, I have had chicken or pork loin salads for 3 weeks. Anyone help a guy out with a lean lunch with veggies?

I am impressed that JB and Grim only polished off 1/3 of a bucket of popcorn...I am so weak ...I love popcorn.

QOTD - Strange winter, we had the arctic blast, one major snow storm , very mild winter thus far.

B - Protein bar

S - 2 good yogurt

L - Guess?? LOL

AS - Celery and laughing cow

D - Low carb low fat cheeseburger casserole, made with turkey

E - Gym night

Stay Healthy my friends, Mike

Mike,

I really enjoy a can of Costco albacore tuna mixed with kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, green onions, and skinny girl poppy seed dressing. It's very flavorful and tons of protein.

Do you chop the olives/artichoke hearts and Green onions?

Sounds delicious!

Thank you!

When I switch things up at lunch, I do a bread-less sandwich. You can substitute natural, no nitrite deli turkey & add other veggies instead of my jam, listed below. I like marinated eggplant for a different combination of tastes. My favorite though isn't low fat or lean protein. I use full leafs of romaine as the bread and I'm partial to 2 slices of natural, Nueske bacon with Xtra tomatoes and a weak schmear of light mayo.

Good morning ~ I've had a similar feeling a couple of times before. Mine felt like a little razor cut and stung terribly - but nothing was there. I had no clue either and slathered it with cortisone. Yesterday was lovely - minus the $500 vet bill - great day at work, roses, tacos with a fire watching murder shows with my honey. Today is more report work but I am ahead of schedule for the month - yay! I really want to do some gentle stretching/yoga and it's been 3 weeks for my rib so I may give that a go tonight - I'm tight and sore everywhere especially my low back and hips. Is it terrible I want to go back to my chiro just for the lower body adjustment?

QOTD - We are unusually cold here. It's 33 degrees out right now and with the winds we have in the evening, you'd think it was 20 below! I was so cold yesterday that I was able to take my rings off and I haven't been able to in about a year. It's been getting up to the high 50's during the day, which is still cold in CA! Heater going non stop even with the ridiculous natural gas prices.

Accountability - 1 fried taco, a few chips dipped in refried beans - but I knew that was gonna happen. No sweets! No wine day 10.

B-coffee x 4, eggs w/cheese

l - tuna, chopped salad, light mayo, dill pickle seasoning

d- leftover meatballs with sauce and parm

s- tomatoes

Have a great day!
