Where does it go? There's no reason we should be able to eat that sort of volume. It just disappears.

Only a 1/3 of a bucket over 210 minutes? That's not even a kernel a minute! I count that as an acceptable splurge with moderation.

Good morning everyone and happy hump day! Wednesday is upon us, finally!
Yesterday was a nice day, I took a break from rowing and did some boxing and my session with my personal trainer; really enjoyed my patreon with the band I like and they released a new video for their song "all that remains is love" and my grandparents wedding photo is in it so that was very special.
Today, I've already done a couple of rounds of email, gotten my rowing session and round one of snow shoveling in. Based on the forecast and the way it's snowing, I think I have 2 to 3 more rounds today. I like to shovel so I don't mind and it can be my extra exercise for today. I've been trying to do two exercise sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, mixing up cardio and strength...snow shoveling can be both.
QOTD - Unusually cold and gloomy. We usually get 350+ days with sun here (partly cloudy or full sun) but the sun went away in December and has rarely been seen since. We're about 10 inches more than usual in snow, which is very good; after several years of drought and December and January being fire seasons, I won't complain about the snow -- but I do miss the sun. Our snowiest month is March so hopefully we still have a decent amount of snow to come.
Today is our very long day of reviewing prior month, plus I have a couple of one on ones and quarterly reviews to do so it will be busy.
