Gooooooood Morning and Happy Hump Day! I hope everyone had a lovely day to celebrate love and friendship yesterday. We had a nice day. We switched up plans and went to lunch before the movie instead of dinner afterwards. We ended up at the Cheesecake Factory, and I ordered chicken tacos off the skinnylicious menu. Yuck. I think it's "skinnylicious" because you don't want to eat it. I brought it home and I will try to add some spices to make it edible.

I had a very strange sensation yesterday and I am wondering if anyone knows what it was? I had this small quarter sized patch of skin that was in screaming pain as if it was seriously cut or chaffed, but there was no mark there. I kept looking at it and expected to see blood, but there was nothing. I had to put lidocaine on it to be able to go out and sleep. It's gone this morning. What the hell was that??

QOTD: How's the weather where you are? Are you having a typical winter (or summer...hi, Aussie!)? We are having a completely mild winter here. It's weird. We had that one day with temps at -20 below 0 but other than that its been so warm! Today it's supposed to be 60! Bizarre.

Accountability: I had small piece of bread with lunch, barely ate any of my taco, and really didn't have much popcorn! All good, until we came home and had a very yummy sweet treat for Valentine's Day. Back on the wagon today.

B: Egg bites

S: greek yogurt

L: protein shake

D: leftover chicken tacos

Hello everyone!

QOTD: love the shoutout haha Sydney has been pretty hot this month but we had been having a mild summer until a few weeks ago with much more rain than normal. Weird but on track for a nice month and March should be warm too. I look forward to winter (our winters are very mild the lowest it gets to here during day would be maybe 17c (63f) and is often higher plus sunny and lovely, really enjoy that. Only enjoy real heat when I'm away on a holiday haha

I have been to the USA 5 times and always go in October, love it then. Especially the east coast (sucker for NY), beautiful.

Food is purée, purée and purée! Tomorrow is my next nutritionist/dietician appt, so I'm looking forward to that!

Enjoy your day everyone!

Hey look, it's Wednesday. Did anyone see the new Addams Family series?

Second verse, same as the first. The days are starting to seem like weeks. Yesterday was the first day that I had a really hard time. There were lots of challenges. I hate how I feel about certain 'good friends' of mine that haven't showed up and supported me. I rarely send out a SOS signal to friends. I'm very appreciative of all the love here.

My Dad's situation is not experiencing many small successes. However, all the tests are providing a more complete picture of what needs to be addressed.

QOTD - In Chicago, we're having a light winter. There haven't been many days of measurable snow nor a big storm.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine. Sf Energy drink.

L: p3 pack, string cheese.

D: PP shake or maybe a couple eggs and bacon at a diner close to the hospital.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Thoughts and prayers for you and family and hoping your sibling is helping as well. "Friends" do not always know what to say or do in times like these, I always struggle with how to communicate, usually I just do very little talking and let them know I am there if needed. Hoping you get some positive news...
