What's on your Tuesday Menu, Valentines?

I hope your PT is as good as mine was! It's hard work but a good PT that makes it fun while doing it is good. If they want to do the dry needling, do it!

QOTD; v day nearly over here, Partner and I did nothing bu****ch some TV ? (new series of You, funnily enough)
Food boring purées
been spending some time looking at old threads here and elsewhere and it really can give you an hysterical view of the risks, complications and outcomes. People desperate for support posting about hating it or a complication and then never returning, I get why they post - scared and in need - but it's a pity more people don't update the positives, or the mundane side of it all. (Bit like restaurant reviews I guess). Anyway, my thought for the day!
Thanks to everyone who shares, especially you multi year veterans of RNY.
