This is a picture I took at my local coffeeshop, years ago! I woke up thinking about and as I sit here with my first cup of coffee, just before 2 am on a Saturday, I thought it would share it with you!
I just noticed that my shamrock has flowers, it's so pretty!
I've actually been up for an hour or so but stayed in bed reading until I finished my book; I figure I can do all the things I had planned to do this afternoon this morning and then once I get back from brunch with my friend,I can relax the rest of the day. I don't have a ton planned this weekend, out side of brunch, just getting stuff done around the house, relaxing a bit after the chaos of the last two weeks at work and making sure everything is ready for my trip next week. I need to see if I can find the head strap for my go-pro, if I can, I need to charge it and find a smaller case so I can take it with and maybe go-pro on my husky sled ride. Hopefully it will go better than my attempts to kayak with it did in Antarctica. I have a long row to do today too to get my miles in, I'm half way there!

Morning! Love the picture, lol!
I have been up for hours and hours too. But I haven't made much a of a dent in my to do list, unless reading the internet counts... But I am giving myself a break because I worked my butt off for the last 4 days and finally turned in all my assignments for the week, plus I am pretty well situated for a really big class tomorrow. All I need to do is get organized and pack everything up, but all the cookies and icing are made and done. Yay!

Today I turn 42. I feel like every second has been earned lol. Not much on the agenda today. I'm feeling rather rotten. Itchy as heck and my cough & nose are annoying me. At least my ears do feel better!
I've already downed one cup of cold brew and will have a hot cup of coffee here later this morning. I'm not 100% sure we'll do Thai today as I want to actually taste it well. Once my nose gets stopped up I tend to not taste well. I got a piece tres leche cake to share with my mom. We may have the Petri dishes over tomorrow...I mean my brother and his family...LOL
