Glad to hear that you are felling better. Do you and your son try and do lunch every Friday?

I need you here. I never used to lose to many things, but it looks like I lose a lot of stuff lately. It drives me crazy.

Happy Friday all!

Between Icy Poles and Kean's friend who apparently abhors fully formed women and dust, yesterday's thread was fraught with peril. But I made it through without a moderator report thanks to a few sidebars with Chrissy.

Also, the last time I complimented somebody on this page I was accused of keeping a fellow poster in a well. Which, although it would explain her amazing pictures of the sky, is not an untruth that I wish to perpetuate.

The Crossfit Open starts next week and I'm not ready. I think that I will just do the 55+ scaled division, have fun with it, and train towards being more competitive next year. Basically, I have two issues: first, I can't really do double under jump rope and even when I do one I have to whip the rope so fast that it is difficult for the judge to count it. Second, mobility limitations in my shoulders make the wall walks to a tape line on the floor very difficult.

Between work, the holidays and our midwest weather, I just didn't get around to working on these things. So I am going to scale, enjoy the Friday Night Light Events and come back for RX next year.

This weekend should be restful. Crossfit, the Super Bowl and finish reading Becoming a Supple Leopard are the main goals.

QOTD: Aren't I enough for you?

Chubby pictures and a recent cute-ish one (also 2019 Crossfit Open and Roaring 20's party):

I think as soon as the Dog sitting stint is over, I am going to have the chiropractor take a look at my shoulder. It seems to be getting worse and with no weightlifting my weight is stagnate and I do want to get off about 15 lbs. What will you be doing for your arm?
