What's on your Thursday Menu?
Hey everyone. Been a bit busy with things and when I think I have a chance to sit down and join in something else pops up, but its all good.
Made some homemade breakfast sausage last Saturday from the pork we processed last year and OMG it was amazing. My husband wants me to take more out of the freeze this weekend to make Italian sausage.
Meisha started agility last Saturday also and she loves it. I've never had a dog so excited, yet focused on the task at hand. I wasn't sure if she was going to be afraid of the big ramp, but with some treats she went right up and then back down. I think her favorite thing is the tunnel, She zips through it like a rocket and comes running over tail wagging up a storm.
QOTD: Hmm I don't think there is anything. I've always been able to find a good substitute for things that had been discontinued.
So far today I've had three coffees not really feeling like eating.
I am make a meatloaf with bacon for dinner.
I have not made Meatloaf in a while. Thank you for putting it on my radar. That is cool about your dog's agility training. Do you stay local or do national competitions?

I usually make a chickenloaf, but I have some nice grass fed beef in the fridge and uncured bacon so I told hubby that's what he's getting tonight.
We just started doing the agility, but I'm hoping to compete down the road once she know everything. My girl after her appointment at the groomers. She's such a goober head and loves her picture taken.
Pretty dog.
