you're lucky. It'll start as rain early this evening, but it'll turn to sleet, freezing rain, and then snow by morning. Sounds like a huge mess...

You have inspired me to take a continuing education class on Emotional Eating, Chronic Dieting, Bingeing and Body Image: What Every Clinician Needs to Know. As a nurse I need to get 30 continuing education units every 2 years anyway, so I purchased this class.

How are you liking the nutrition class? Have you learned much about the history of the Ukraine-Russia conflict yet?

I LOVE the nutrition class - LOVE it! I hope there'll be more in the future that I can really relate to, like this one! I'm getting some good info and hope to get a lot more before it's over! It's so interesting learning all the science behind this.

I really like the Ukraine/Russia class, too. It's very interesting learning all the history behind this as well as Russia's side on this whole thing, too. It's more complicated than it seems on the surface. I'm really glad I took this class, too!

In the World War Two book that I have been reading, a lot of the battles took place in the same places that they are fighting now.

Good Morning Queen HB and Menuers,

QJB, congratulations on all of your accomplishments. I so want to take a cookie class. I need to look into it soon.

Here is to all my Lefty friends that were traumatized by Nuns as children. We should be able to start a support group with how many chimed in on that subject. There's those crazy Catholics again. But I still like their wine. LOL

QOTD: I do watch them if there is nothing else on. I was watching on Saturday Night and Connie Stapleton was on 1000 lbs. sisters. She spoke on Friday of the OH Conference. Check out the link. That show I want to reach through the screen sometimes. I won't be surprised when she passes away.

Accountability: A one size portion bag of Chili Fritos with my chili and some kind of keto bar and 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter.

TSS: 5 years 1 month 28 days 161.2Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Twix Coffee Mate

MS: Light and Fit creme brulee Greek yogurt and berries.

CB: Coffee with SF Twix Coffee Mate

L: Eggwich and snack select

D: Maybe dinner out at firebirds

Exercise: Nope dog didn't want to go out

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

My mother was one of those children traumatized by nuns for being left-handed. Yeah, she's not, anymore. And that experience is one of the many things that I have to thank for not growing up Catholic myself. Her experience was not great and she didn't want us subjected to it.

Good morning!

A question for my traveling menu friends: what is your best "stuck in a hotel room, need to workout" tip or trick? I have been planning away for the big trip and Rog told me yesterday he would like to join me in my daily efforts. So I am compiling a list of weightbearing/cardio/resistance training exercises to help me have multiple options to cycle through. We will be able to get out side most every day and walk or climb hills or run up stairs, but I also want to continue to concentrate on building actual muscle groups. So, bring on your best resistant band, towel stretch, no equipment work out ideas!

I did no real exercise yesterday. Was a busy day bookended by breakfast with a friend and being the bus for the grands. But in between I did work more on my rock project leveling dirt, taking out the last of the stones and pulling out irrigation parts and weed cloth. After a couple of appointments this morning, we are going to pick up the DG and the flagstone. Which means this afternoon, I have to help shovel DG into buckets, carry it up 5 stairs, dump it in the area and smooth it down and level it. This is approximately 3000 pounds of rock. I know the neighborhood guys will show up to help carry in the big pieces of flagstone. I will try to help, but I think at that point I am going to become the supervisor and start pointing our where I want them laid. So anyway, yeah, I am making the DG my intentional exercise for the day and praying that I will be able to get out of bed tomorrow. If you don't hear from me, my arms are DEAD.

QoTD: I tried watching 600 lb life and I just can't. I was religious abou****ching Biggest Loser and boy did I try to walk my way to thinness like they were doing and somehow it was never as successful for me. I think that show did a huge disservice to people with weight issues.

Menu:

B: I have a dentist appt at 9 so, I'll take a power bar to have after so I'm not ugly hungry when I get back home. Though I do hate to ruin new sparkly teeth with a chewy sticky bar!

L: Carne asada and beans I did not eat yesterday

D: Roasted chicken, delicato squash and a small bit of roasted sweet potato

Peace Everybody!
