Congratulations on your inheritance! LOL.
Crossfit Guy? Are you thinking of Bob Harper? Did you know he had a heart attack in 2017. Collapsed while working out in full cardiac arrest but survived. Apparently, has a family history of heart disease and high cholesterol despite his healthy lifestyle.

Yes, Bob Harper. I tried to screenshot his CrossFit Open page without success.

Just gotta say...I personally don't understand how people can be willing to just share their banking info online. Or over the phone. Or at all.
Occasionally, it can be fun to run with those things. Tell your middleman you simply need $10,000 to pay for the travel to come in and settle the accounts in person. I always have fun asking them for money!
But then, every time I get an offer on my land, I counter with $3M. If, by chance, someone silly took me up on it...instant retirement! The last offer told me they couldn't pay full price, though, so looks like I'll be here for the foreseeable future.

Good morning ~ I'm still considering joining planet fitness just for the hydro massage table! I have everything I need at home now but at this point all I can do is wal****il my rib is healed. Work yesterday was interesting - quite a few staff talking to me about the recruitment for my job that is still open. I know the MQ's for the job will wipe out a few but I love that they are so serious about promoting - it shows in their attitude and initiative. Today I am meeting my sister for lunch and i have a couple meetings this afternoon. I need to get as mush done as possible today as I have an off site retreat all day tomorrow. I like the speakers but I'm not a fan of the team building breakout groups - I dread that part. At least it's at the Madonna Inn w/breakfast and lunch!
QOTD -I used to be obsessed!! Then it became so cringe-worthy that I had to stop. I like the skin show they had for PS. The 1000 lbs sisters or 1000 lbs best friends absolutely gross me out.
Accountability - great! I had lemonade zero in a wine glass last night - it was fab!
b- coffee x 3, HB eggs
l - green curry chicken w/eggplant - no rice
d- leftover fajitas on zero net carb tortilla
s- beef jerky
Have a great day!

Mornin' All!
I got up at 5:30 and made protein muffins - that's a first (I usually make them at night - but I've been exhausted in the evenings lately). I'll exercise in a bit. I have to do setup and other administrative-type stuff at a lecture this afternoon, then it's off to class. They're calling for a major storm tomorrow. I'd been hoping my mother would find a ride to her dentist appt tomorrow afternoon so I wouldn't have to skip class (I have no idea why she always wants me or my niece to take her places, when they have people who give residents rides to appts at her senior apt complex - it's not always convenient for me or my niece to do it. Mom just doesn't "get" this). But now with this storm coming, I REALLY don't want to do it. She said if the roads are really bad, she'll ask the complex's driver to take her. Why she didn't ask him to begin with so i wouldn't have to skip class to do it I have no earthly idea - but at least she'll ask him if it's bad out so I don't have to risk my life taking her to the dentist...
QOTD: I've watched a few episodes of "My 600 lb Life" but I really don't like it. As others have said, i find it really exploitative, and they seem to mostly feature people with "issues". I guess it gins up their ratings, but it bothers me because I think it gives people some inaccurate perceptions of both obese people and weight loss surgery. I think a lot of "normies" assume we all have mental issues and cram entire pizzas down our throats every day. And then you have all these newbies who are upset because they didn't lose 40 lbs the first month after surgery. And what's up with insisting on showing the people sitting on the toilet or in the shower? Really?? It's also horribly formulaic. I can't see how anyone could binge watch it because it's the same story, different person all the time. UGH. I watched the British show "Fat Doctor" a couple of times. I think it's better - more realistic - but then I've only seen it two or three times, and it's been a few years.
B: plain skyr with fruit, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake or else SF hot chocolate and a protein muffin
L: sandwich (35-calorie bread, hummus, tomato and cucumber slices, bell pepper slices) - and maybe a Ratio yogurt, too
AS: I'm out all afternoon, so I'll take a protein bar with. Or else a protein muffin if I don't eat one this morning.
D: pulled pork, salad
have a great day, everyone!
