Good mornin everyone.
I'm in a lot of pain right now. I pretty much passed out last night and didn't move a lick. So now my right side is very stiff and painful on top of the normal pain. I'm so over it. I've been feeling so overwhelmed. Exhausted as well. I've also been having freakin weird dreams and nightmares. The one this morning involved Tom cruise as a giant woodpecker that was evil. I don't get it! It was very unsettling but also I can look back and laugh at how utterly ridiculous it was.
Today I have to get my pump drained and refilled with a different medication. I'm hopeful this'll work. I know I'll likely still have itching. I've also been having mild nausea.
I'm trying really hard not to be negative Nancy. So I'm going to use my posts as kind of a gratitude journal. At least ONE thing I can pick out and be thankful for each day. Today I am thankful for Vistaril that has helped with the itching. I can't imagine having to live with the itching I had prior to its increased dosage. I am also thankful for chainmaille!
QOTD: no not really. I watched a few episodes of that show I think was called extreme makeover body edition. Soooo wasn't into it. I'm not much of a tv person and reality tv isn't my thing at all. The weight loss ones remind me of circus "freak" show stuff.
B: JUST egg bowl, coffee and pepitas
L: tilapia and a salad
D: ????
S: Half a serving of Doritos and ????

Tom Cruise actually being a giant, evil, woodpecker is not outside the realm of possibility.

Good luck with the medication change today and with the finding the positive. Have you read one of my favorite books, Pollyanna? It's a kids book from the early 1900s but it helped me set my framework for life when I was about 10. It sounds like you are going to be playing the glad game:-). Some days it is harder to play than others!

I hope the gratitude serves you well. I work very hard to reframe my thinking when I hear myself out of balance.
Poor Grim is itching like you this week. He was working on a wood project with a type of wood that is notorious for allergies and it got him good. His face is completely swollen, he has hives all over his neck and chest, he's itching like a MOFO. It's been almost a full week and it's just now starting to get better. Itching sucks!

I have a bunch of hives on my thighs and stomach. They are better but still annoying!
Hope Grim is better ASAP!
