It is nice to have options to think about in regard to revision surgery. You should think about giving the medications a try if you are reluctant to do surgery. I see my bariatric clinic using medical weight loss medications more frequently on WLS patients who have regained or stalled with many having successful weight loss. Some of the medications are very helpful with reducing the urge to snack. If those don't work, you can always reconsider the surgery. Either way, I support whichever decision you make.

Thank you, I'm weighing all the options. When it comes down to medication it seems to be either temporary phen/topamax type ones that I don't want to be on for personal reasons or Wegovy for life - I just don't see that for me honestly but I'm still looking into anyway.

Well, that's certainly a lot to think about. Glad you've got some time to consider the options, and that there are options! However you proceed, you've got this and we're here for you!

Good morning! Such a busy day yesterday and I read while waiting for my doctor, but never got back to post. And I didn't see the doc either. She got stuck in surgery. Since she's my gyno, I know I'd want her to pay attention to me on the surgery table, so it was fine with me that I got a little inconvenienced. I did get my mammogram done and they have a new machine that's even a little bit less bitey. Yay. My HIIT class ran for 70 minutes and I was able to stay with it the whole time. Getting stronger every day it feels like.
Today is breakfast with a girlfriend, a good walk, making up the girl's bunkbeds (which is a workout in itself) and hopefully working more on my garden rock project. I should be good and tired by the end of the day.
QoTD: One, hated it. I hated school, I have no idea what made me think I would like the reunion. Roger loves his and we go to quite a few of them.
Menu today looks like:
B: poached eggs and bacon
L: leftover carne asada and a small bit of refried beans
D: chipotle shrimp and spinach salad.
Peace Everybody!

Great job on the 70 minutes. Marilyn was taken aback because she aged out of one of her doctors. She called to make an appointment and was told that particular doctor doesn't see patients over 55.
