I'm sure they checked but could it be Gout? I know there is a higher chance of getting gout after WLS.

QJB-your accounting class sounds terrible. 5 hours to take a quiz! Yikes!!

Yesterday I did not get to my weightlifting workout as planned. DD has restarted her horseback riding lessons at a new barn. Thus, she wanted me to go with her to the first lesson. I did manage to get in my yoga though. Just work todya and my workouts. Not much else planned.

QOTD: I haven't been to any of my high school reunions at all. Now that I have lost weight, I may be more interested in attending but I really didn't keep track of people/friends from HS. We shall see what happens when the next one comes up.

Accountability: excellent

same meals

E: weights, yoga

It's Taco Tuesday! Enjoy!

Hi all! Congrats on 87% in accounting, JB! I would count that as amazing.

HS reunions...we didn't have a 5 year (no one was doing anything of note by then), but I went to our 10 and 20. In two years it will be our 25. I'll go, I love catching up with people and I was mostly friends with everyone at some level. I mean, i have my "people" but I got along mostly universally with folks.

Today is a lovely day of hooky. Leah got braids so she doesn't have to detangle for a month or so. I am grabbing some homemade matzoh ball soup from a friend. I have a phone interview. I moved my doctors appointments to tomorrow and Thursday. All good! I'm feeling incrementally better day by day.

B: cream of wheat, a coffee, a peppermint tea

L: may try some boars head ever roast (shaved)

D: the rest of yesterdays crab cakes! 1.25 left. Yummo

Seems like solid food is ok with me now yay!

Oh and maybe lunch will be my new delivery of soup!!!

How come it doesn't surprise me that you got along with everybody? You are just good people.

QOTD- No I hated high school, my parents moved us from the house I grew up in and all of the friends I had known from going to school from kindergarten through 8th grade with the same people. I was terrified of the new school and the first day of school only one person talked to me. It was a small town and if you hadn't grown up there and you were not accepted. It was a rough 4 years and I left 7 days after I graduated to go in the Marines. It was a small class, we started with 150 but only 55 graduated. I've since seen a few people and have found them on Facebook, that's as close as I've gotten. I did go to a get together and saw some of them. I think that they had a 5 year reunion but I never got the invite.

I have discovered that there are a ton of bulbs in my front yard. The ones I can recognize at this stage are daffodils, and hyacinths, not sure what the others are but I look forward to finding out. I bought a green house but have yet to assemble it. I was hoping we might be able to have some greens and other things all year round. I bought a ton of seeds and my roommate has started putting them in the starter pots, but he's complaining that I have too many seeds for the garden area that we have. We will probably put in another raised bed. Nothing tastes better than food from your own garden.

I'm not very motivated today, but I need to get some work done.

Have a great day everyone!
