What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Smart to stay home! When we had the -47 with the windchill I realized how lucky I was to have the option of not going out in it and so I embraced that.
qotd - in the "get off my lawn" type of old person reaction, I hate hate hate if someone walks or drives on my sidewalk or drive before I can shovel the snow. Then you get little ice prints and this winter they are lasting forever.
I slept in until 6 and I'm getting a slow start since we'll be doing inventory until midnight. I moved things around so my meetings don't start until noon so I am keeping myself to a 12 hour day. When I was younger in my career I would start at my normal time and go to the end but I'm older and wiser now, lol. Bonus answer to the qotd!
menu will be lots of coffee plus half and half
ratio yogurt
ill get a Panera salad for lunch
salami and cheese roll ups for dinner
protein bar for late snack
I'm going to walk to Panera and I'll get a hotel room workout in, so that will keep me on track.
I did not get any great new pics this week but check out the clouds and sky on this one. You can't really tell but it's headed west about 3 pm.

Panera has a really good Strawberry Salad with Chicken and poppy seed dressing. The calories are very manageable also minus the bread.

Panera is one of my favorite places; the smell of bread is intoxicating.

I used to live in Saskatoon, SK Canada. 5 years. Winters were dry and cold, very cold. -40C (=-40F) plus wind-chill was normal in winter. But it was dry cold - so when you wrapped yourself in insulating clothes - it ws not too bad. Then i lived in Montreal Canada. It was never as cold there, but -5C felt colder than -40C in Saskatoon.
I had low tolerance to cold. So I moved to SC. Now I have a very low tolerance to heat (pituitary dysfunction) . Irony..
