Thanks! It's a good program - boxing, med ball, free weights and some yoga stretching and since I love the variety it is is easy get at least one work out with it a week. especially the boxing after challenging days at work, lol

Yep, I bet that's a great way to relieve stress after work! Sounds so much better than doing the same thing over and over.

Good mornin JB and everyone!
Yesterday ended up being pretty unexceptional which is a good thing. The itching is still driving me crazy(ier). I'm really over it.
Today I have two appointments. First one up is to get these dang staples out. Praying like crazy that when they come out there is no leaks of clear fluid and that nothing else will need to be done. Second one is with my new psychiatric care provide. Not really nervous per se but I need to get some things adjusted. I'm not sure yet if this is an in person on telehealth. Hoping for in person but somehow I doubt it.
We may or may not get a bit of ice today. They say it's tracking more north as of last night but it changes so quickly. I live in one of the hardest places to forecast supposedly. Being down wind of the Rockies...getting crap from the desert SW...we get a ton of wind from every which way. If I could move I would in a heartbeat. I really dislike it here in TX. In particular this part of Texas(Amarillo).
QOTD: oh Lord...mine may not be rational. Doctors restapling incision. My bodies reaction to opioids. News folks yelling or that have the fake radio voice. Chips...all the chips. Carbohydrates. I'm with you one not commenting on people's bodies. My neurosurgeon was feeling of my belly around the pain pump last week. He proclaimed that I have a big belly. No **** Sherlock, I told him I hadn't noticed. He is a good doctor but thinks he is a little too funny. Also sooooo much biotin in vitamins. I hate it.
B: oatmeal and coffee x2
L: soft taco
D: tilapia and maybe some Brussels sprouts
S: one cooki and no idea what else.

Fingers crossed for you on the staples!
What I remember about Amarillo is...giant cowboy boots and entire masses of moths while driving and at the gas stations. Like, run out of washer fluid in 50 miles amounts of moths. Hmm. Strange the things that stick in your mind.

Once in a blue moon we have that moth issue. It's awful and so nasty!
We have Cadillac Ranch here but it's never been a big deal to me. We are also on Route 66. It's why we have so many tourist trap type things,
