Good Morning! My appts went well yesterday. My surgeon said I no longer need to wear my ankle brace and he longer has any restrictions for me, that said, I still need to go to PT and take their guidance and instructions on when to progress with my activity. He said walking on the treadmill is fine and so I did that this morning! I have PT again tomorrow so I'm on track. I see my surgeon in a month then it'll be three ish months.
QOTD: Just cheap slots at the casinos on the tribal lands near us and when I've been in Vegas a few times.
