Finally a date!
Yay, finally my insurance came through. I'm having a revision from sleeve to RNY on Feb 28th. I'm doing my happy dance because my insurance really gave us a runaround. My plan is to spend this month taking my vitamins, I started on vitamin e and biotin as well as a multivitamin. I'm going to work on losing weight before the surgery for that extra little jump. I'm also going to be purchasing items that will make life easier after surgery. Throw ideas my way. I'm ready!

I don't know that there's really anything to purchase to make life easier after surgery. You'll have some weight restrictions but that is really outside of your food plan (and the usual rules if you take any pain meds). I know some people found that the slept better in a recliner for a couple of days, depending on their abdominal pains and challenges sitting up in bed. Make sure you have whatever your first couple of days home plan calls for from a food perspective (or probably a liquid perspective) and you should be set.
Plan to move and hydrate as much as possible - gets the gas out, keeps away blood clots. Walk, Walk, Walk, Sip, Sip, Sip - it is the way.
Good luck!!

I had success for several years with the sleeve. Then I started making poor choices and cir****tances had me at home being a full time caregiver and the lbs came back. I also have horrid reflux so it was time to do something.
