I'm going to have to get a blood patch done Monday as I still have a headache...ever so slight.

I did get my pump filled but they have it at the lowest dose to start out and said there will be no improvement...yet.

Good news they were able to fill it and at least you are through that step. Hopefully they can progress you to the right level quickly.

Yay for a step in the right direction! It's filled! That means days sooner to some relief!

Happy Hump day everyone. I can't wait until my new chickens start laying. We got 26 chicks in the fall so in a couple of more months I should have my own eggs again.

Yesterday was just a busy day at work. One of my yearly goals for my performance measures is taking a Hazardous Material course. We have a few people certified, but they are all management and at times all three of them are off site at trainings so if we have a roll-off that needs to be picked up someone at the plant needs to be able to sign the manifest. It is a 12 hour on-line course so I can do some of it at home and my boss told me to let him know how much time I spend on it so I can be paid.

QOTD: Yes in HS I did find a way to cheat in a couple of classes that I found so boring just so I could get a passing grade.

You may become popular with the neighbors if they know you have eggs available! My second closest neighbor has laying hens and let me know a couple years ago they sell them. This past summer with the horrible temperatures took its toll, though!

Greetings from snowy Chicagoland. I hope that Charlene is reactivated today.

As you know, Marilyn is a big tennis fan. She has been watching the Australian Open at night (and probably day). There is an announcer, Jelena Dokic who has gained a lot of weight since her playing career ended and has been getting terrible abuse from online trolls. Some of the players and their families have begun sticking up for her publicly, (this story seems to be developing quickly, so I would imagine more will) which is a good thing. But some people really suck.

Ou older son called Monday night and he has decided that he will likely stay in Colorado this summer and take a few classes. Logically, it makes sense because it will enable him to graduate on time without having to take an unbearable courseload his senior year. It also makes sense financially because we are already paying for his apartment and sub-leases are not allowed.

But I was looking forward to him being home this summer and I am going to miss him. He graduates in Spring of 2024 and probably won't be living home after that unless its by chance that he gets a job in the area. My younger son will be home this summer, but with him getting an apartment in August, I have to wonder if this is the last year.

My thumb is doing a little better, but will affect what I do today. Tonight is Happy Hour, but I'm not really in the mood.

QOTD: Not since Junior High. I was kind of shocked to find out that people cheated in college.

Wow, for once I know what news you are talking about. I read about her and it made me sick to my stomach. And I agree, people (especially those anonymous posters who can hide behind a screen) do suck.

Agreed, as I read more the story gets worse.

I saw that about that poor woman. It's disgusting and the depths of nastiness people can go and the way they think they are entitled to hurt others. It's sad to say the least.
