What's on your Monday Menu?

Ooh lasagna bowl sounds interesting! And nope, but my grocery store doesn't have a good yogurt section to begin with. I was thrilled to discover three flavors of Ratio there.

I have two dozen eggs in the fridge and feel rich! I love the meme.
QOTD. All of them, just depends. But physical touch is probably #1 followed by words of affirmation.
Its my Friday today, but today is always the worst day of the week, work wise. Everyone puts off everything till Monday for some reason, when it could have been handled a few days before when we aren't so busy.
Food is up in the air. I packed lunch, just fruit and yogurt. If the employee cafeteria has any thing decent, I will get that. Dinner will be left over Beef Stew or EGGS.

Enjoy all of those eggs! Much as I loved them before surgery and keep trying to love them now, eggs are the hardest thing to eat!

Sounds like an interesting recipe! When you said five layer, my brain went immediately to shepherd's pie.
Wish there was a way to become a hugger. :)

Good mornin everyone! Sorry to read there is so many of us in the bad sleep club today!
I have an appointment at 8:30 and 9:20 today. Thankfully in the same building, one with my psychologist and the other with my bariatric doctor. Not sure what to expect with the later but we'll see.
I have starting tracking again. I'd keep a loosely kept list running in my head but we all know how that usually goes. I'm going to use the lose it! app. I've usd it before and CNN rated it the best overall. That was the premium of course and I'll probably join that tomorrow or later today as it's 50% off for 20 a year. Along with the tracking comes measurements. Oh how I hate it but I know it's what I need to do, not going militant right off the bat though.
We're supposed to get upwards of 6 inches of snow tomorrow. This is terrible as it may delay the staple removal and the pain pump fill appointments. I'm most worried about the staples. I needed these suckers out like last week. It's not so much impossible to drive in my our city doesn't do much to help it and people here drive like bats outta hell on the regular and they get ****y on snow and ice. Since they have big vehicles they are immune.
I saw something yesterday that is haunting me a great deal. It is really bothering me. A rather large dog had been ran over and it was just an awful scene. Just so awful. I bawled, my mom bawled and we're just so upset. If you could shoot a few prayers up for peace for us we'd appreciate it.
QOTD: 1 and 3
B: oatmeal and coffee
L: 1 1/2 cups of hamburger stew, cheese and pringles
D: not 100% sure right now.
Mel
Melody I saw something similar a couple of weeks ago. A dog tried to run full speed across a highway that was three plus lanes on each side. I was shocked because I thought that dogs were smarter than that.
