Thanks for sharing! Today I learned my surgeon thinks the protective results are mixed and that's why he doesn't prescribe it. Maybe your read some different medical journals. :)

I still got a gallbladder so no help here. Also, just a suggestion, take your clothes to a women's shelter. It is hard to come by plus size clothing for overweight women there and they Truley do appreciate it. Wow so much movement this weekend. Proud of you.

Woo! Glad you still have yours. It's kind of like a menuers inventory of organs!
Thanks for the suggestions. I've been going to Goodwill but we do have several women's shelters around here. The first round of clothes to go were lounge wear. Yesterday's were work clothes. Still have more of both to go, so will take the suitable things there.

Good morning! Happy Monday! Hope everyone is ready for the week. I've been up since about midnight with only a couple hours of sleep, less than usual for me. It's all kinds of work stuff I have to deal with this week running through my brain. I finally got out of bed around 130. I'll get some stuff done today and hopefully that will help with the mental swirl, if not, I'll try to exercise it away tonight!
my weekend was pretty good. My friends and I did finally get to see Women Talking. It's very good, very grim. More devastating than I was expecting to be honest but really great performances.
Qotd - I would say all of the above, depending on the recipient. But I am known for being a good gifter, I make time for people and I am a hugger.
menu today
coffee plus half and half x3
3 bridges egg-sausage sandwich
sandwich with 3 oz ham, I slice cheddar, pickles and 12 ruffles on small gf pita
rgf lasagna bowl
l&f greek
has anyone noticed that there seem to be fewer individual L&f options lately? Not sure if it's just stores around here or not. They have the multipacks but seem to be adding more chobani options than L&F Greek.
im going to finish this coffee and this episode of The Last of Us then jump on the rower for this mornings HIIT and core row and then be online for work by 5.
hope everyone has the best Monday you can!

Oh so--sorry you got so little sleep. I can relate to the things running through your brain. I almost got out of bed and made dough at 2:00am today but thankfully I was able to fall back to sleep. Now that I am fully awake it doesn't seem quite as urgent...

I haven't noticed it with L&F, but then, there are only a couple of L&F flavors that I eat. I would probably notice if I was a big L&F person. I did notice a few years ago that Chobani has really taken over a lot of former Fage space, though. So I wouldn't be too surprised if Chobani has started moving in on L&F, too...
Sorry about your L&F options. My grocery had a strong yogurt game this weekend and I got all the seasonal flavors I was interested in. Why I love the Toasted Marshmallow and Creme Brulee so much, but they do make my mornings.
