What's on your Tuesday Menu

Ah, college math courses. I used to have two people on standby to check my answers during exams. Calculators are awesome! I've also heard that basic math has changed since I was a kid, so all parents who have had to help their kids with homework get to re-learn math! Good times.

I have been trying to get back to basics too and look back to see what worked for me. The only thing I can't stomach anymore is yogurt unless I mix it in a recipe like my Nutracelle egg muffins that have plain yogurt in them.

preheat oven to 350
Mix together:
4 eggs
1/2 cup Natural Nutracelle Nutralean
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
*** 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk ( original recipe does add it but I think it makes the muffins fluffier

(personally I add a 1/4 cup shredded cheese, black pepper, parsley flakes, minced chives and minced onion.)
Spray 12 cupcake muffin tin with nonstick spray, spoon mixture evenly in tins.

You travel a lot for work, so I have a hotel question for you. My last go round, I did a lot of IHG hotels because the gym was 24 hours. Do you use or prefer any chain over another based on the availability and quality of exercise equipment?

Semi-related question - are those Life Fitness rowers legit? I did 5K in 21:12 which seemed a little optimistic. I would have shot for 25:00 on a Concept 2.

I only consider my own equipment to be accurate, just like only use my own scale. Everything else is directional only.

Nope, it's not a consideration for me. Pretty much all business class hotels give you 24 hour access to the gym and I bring my own bands and stream what I need to in order to supplement if they don't have any equipment I want/it's too crowded and there's always the fallback of just getting out and walking.
