Have you talked to your doctor to get some recommendations on exercises you can do? Are you in a pre-WLS program? Seeing a therapist? What type of help and support are you looking for?

Good job on working with a therapist; getting your head in the right place will help you make that changes that will keep you successful post op! You definitely can do this! Stick with therapy, find a practice with a good support program and find out what you can do now to start making changes that will benefit you as you move forward.
