QOTD- I'd say yes, but I've actually never seen the movies.
I worked Saturday but made it to a movie. I saw Black Panther Wakanda Forever, it was good, popcorn was so-so but it was free, so I won't complain.
My Seahawks won, but will probably lose in the first round as they are playing the 49ers and have already lost to them twice this year. Thank you Detroit, and not sorry about Green Bay.
I need to get to work.

So glad you're still negative. And I do mimic the meme today. Even though I went for a run Saturday and been sore ever since. Just another excuse to not run again today.
My DVR will not record TLC channel since last night. I tried to but it won't so when I am done here, I got to call xfinity to see what the problem is. Not happy. I missed 90day last night.
QOTD: "I would if I thought it were safe" Is there anywhere today that you can actually feel safe? It is a wild world we live in. If that was reality of course I would go. I do find myself avoiding large gatherings Like Pittsburgh's Light Up Night that used to be a fun time. Now I worry about someone getting crazy and shooting it up.

Mornin All!
I'm going to a coffee social at 9:30, and Aqua Zumba at 1:00. Today is the day I get to request permission to audit classes this semester. I put in requests for two at the Milwaukee campus (both online, of course, since it's an hour drive), hoping that I'll at least be approved for one of them (one was the nutrition class I mentioned on obesity and weight loss, the other a film class), and I'll put in a couple of requests today for a course at the Madison campus. I COULD do an in person class here since I live in town, but I really would rather not since half of spring semester we could potentially be dealing with inclement weather. None of the online offerings here are super exciting (other than ones I've already taken), but there are a couple that could be interesting - so I'll request those and see what happens.

B: not hungry this morning (again!), but I'll probably have some Ratio yogurt before heading over to the coffee. Oh - and I had two cups of coffee (with half & half) earlier this morning
MS: maybe I'll take a protein shake with me to the coffee and hope I won't get in trouble for bringing in outside beverages!
L: either a chickpea/miso sandwich or the other half of the Loma Linda Southwest bowl I had yesterday
AS: protein muffin (?)
D: well, I was going to have a small piece of the lasagna I made yesterday (a pared-down version (i.e, half the cheese) so a small piece would fit into my calorie goal), but I'm up 1.5 lbs this morning, so maybe not (I'm pretty salt sensitive). SO.....not sure (although the two lunch options are full of sodium, too - but if I skip the lasagna for dinner, I may be OK overall...)
