Good morning ~ Love the meme! I am working from home today since I have several trainings I need to do uninterrupted and 2 more evaluations. These things have deadlines and have been stressing me out as I always put them off for the immediate issues and bigger projects but today they are priority #1. I will feel much better when they are done and better able to focus going forward. I have another chiro appt tonight. I am feeling better since last week and the yoga/stretch/percussion has helped a ton but my hip is still going in and out. I hope he can help me with specific things I can do instead of winging it when I feel that happen. I just realized we are almost out of coffee - like dangerously low so I need to get to the store as soon as I'm done here!
QOTD - Brake riders and those spazzy Frogger drivers that ridiculously tail while weaving back and forth and in and out of lanes trying to get ahead. I don't honk, cuss or flip people off anymore. I feel sorry for their anxiety if that makes sense.
Yesterday:
b- coffee x2, eggs and avocado
l - white bean chili
d-chicken and sweet potato
s - tomatoes and carrots
e - 45 min yoga
Today:
b- coffee, eggs and mushrooms
l - Mexican cauli rice, black beans and salsa
d - ham and asparagus
s - 1/2 navel orange, tomatoes
e - 60 min yoga

Run out of coffee...I didn't know that was a thing a person could do....said in my best King George from Hamilton voice! I have the whole soundtrack from Hamilton in my head yesterday and now today it seems

Ha! Right?! I've been putting off a much needed trip to Costco since before Christmas because - people. Paying grocery store prices this morning killed me.

Good morning, everybody!
I am supposed to go in the office today. I am debating using Trish's snow excuse (it's like a centimeter here) because I still need to go to the gym and then take my son to dinner at 6:30 (his last night before he goes back to school) and driving three plus hours just kills my plans for the day.
We ended up cancelling Happy Hour yesterday. I wish that i could say I used my found hour super productively, but I mostly jus****ched TV.
Consistent with a meme that QJB posted a few weeks ago, Marilyn asked if I would make the meatloaf Hello Fresh for my son, So I am cooking away, and without trying the meatloaf, he comes down stairs and makes himself elbow noodles with butter. And a ridiculously excessive amount at that. There is now a half a box of cooked pasta in the trash.
The good news is that they made it to Alabama safely and will be looking for apartments today.
QOTD: My long time go to was pulling across a street to turn left. One car slows down to let you go, but the car behind them seizes the opportunity to pass the car that just slowed down, potentially T-boning the driver who was waved on. Lately it has been all things parking lots - the people in the aisles driving way too fast and the people in the spaces pulling out as soon as they get bored waiting.
Breakfast: Egg sandwich
Lunch: Roast beef
Dinner: Probably a burger
