It's true, exercise doesn't count unless it's tracked. I only wish that as the case with calories.
I did 5 miles/the next to last row crossing the English Channel and must not have had good posture because by the end of up, my back was sore; so I did my trainers virtual class on back stretching which helped. I'm going to push the final section to Sunday and take lighter days today and tomorrow; my 5 miles on the elliptical are done though so I can focus on all the busy work stuff today.
QOTD - I try very hard to be zen on the road because the people that go under the speed limit (in good conditions); the people that go over the speed limit (in bad conditions); the people that cruise in the left hand lane vs using it for passing (it is a law here that it's only for passing, there are signs everywhere); people that don't pull over for emergency vehicles; people that don't know how to merge, yep, I practice all the self control...and I never honk and try not to swear because those don't help with the zen; also guns are everywhere.

I agree with the thought on tracking calories. If we don't acknowledge them, they shouldn't count. I hate counting the calories of supplements like the calcium chews as they account for 75 calories. Not to mention if you add fish oils, etc.
I also try not to get worked up when driving. It makes little sense to get angry. Especially when many times the other driver didn't mean to cut you off, didn't see you, etc.
