Hump Day Wednesday, what's on your plan?
Good morning Jen and Menuers,
Thank you so much for starting us out, Jen. Hope you have a great day and congrates on that row. Definitely something to be proud of.
I have had a tear in my eye since I cracked them open this morning. Legendary famed running back Franco Harris passed away last night. He was a good man. Played at Penn State then from 72-83 the Steelers. Pittsburgh became his home, and he was always doing good for the greater of the community. They are not saying how he passed. This Saturday is the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate reception. The NFL and Steelers organization are retiring his number and had a big celebration planned. Anyone who played with him was heading here for the event. I am just hoping it was medical. He was all over the TV yesterday doing interviews and he looked great. Just so sad but so quick. Here is Ron with him when he spoke at the ITAM awards banquet.

I know you mentioned you've had that done before, how will your recovery be? It is a couple of days or do you have to do PT too?
