Oh my gosh, that must have been more than frustrating! Glad you informed her. There's not much we can do about the loose skin (without surgery), which can also inflate waist measurements. Glad you don't have to go through it anymore!

Oh for sure! And the data nerd in me gets to do some digging on the breakdowns and how I can improve the metrics! Outside of the fact that I love learning and research, it would be really beneficial to figure out good sleep. :)
Also looking forward to the bits of improvement that will happen closer to goal. Can I keep my O2 permanently in the 90's? Maybe!

Not eating enough is not important what is though is the Hydration. If you can't do the food at least drink the water. Your legs will thank you. You do not want the leg cramps.

Good morning ~ Cute kitty - I'd be tempted too! Nice job on the rowing and enjoy your massage! Last night we watched Home Alone and the SNL Shweaty Balls skit - good times! I slept in this morning - not sleeping just didn't want to get up so I'm running late. I had a breakthrough at work yesterday and was able to get a lot done. I tell you - excel is no joke. I've done spreadsheets forever but this is a whole notha' level of complicated. I love figuring it out, but sometimes when I mess it up I want just to run to where spreadsheets don't exist (if you know where that is, please let me know). Anyway - this is my life now and once I have it down, it's actually fun. Today is more of the same. And 4 days until Christmas!
QOTD - To do a food purge/rearrange the pantry and clean the garage. Currently its full of unorganized furniture and storage, but the online shopping/Christmas cardboard has completely taken over.
Yesterday:
