What's on your Monday Menu?

Goooood morning and Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. Mine was good. I had my cookie class on Saturday which went well, and yesterday I finished up 90% of my orders and pick ups. Feeling like I am finally winding down from the madness. Phew. We also finished White Lotus 2 last night. OMG. That was so crazy good!
Tonight we are joining up with my family to see a holiday light display at a botanical garden. It should be lovely. Then we are heading back to my mom's house for dinner :)
QOTD: What posters did you have on your wall in High School? I had a serious Depeche Mode phase in Junior/Senior year and had every poster I could find plastering the walls :)
B: Egg bites
L: Quinoa veggie burger with tzatziki and mini naan
D: Dinner at mom's--she said pork chops and green beans, but TBD!

Good morning and happy monday!! I hope this final before the holiday week is a good one for everyone; it's short for me so will go by fast.
I love when the botanic gardens do the lights; ours does and then we have zoo lights too. Very pretty, enjoy your evening QJB.
I have to mail one last package but other than that, I am done with holiday prep. I do have to go into the office today to pick up a monitor so will do that on the way there.
Only side effects from the shingles shot are a bit of a headache, which could also be from the weather change that's coming, and a sore arm. I'm going to do a quick cardio strength series this morning to kick the headache out and then this evening I have nice long pilates session in mind.
QOTD - none that I specifically remember but I'm sure there were some Harrison Ford, maybe Tom Cruise before he lost his mind, definitely Johnny Depp and Richard Greico -- 21 Jump Street era!
menu today
coffee plus half and half X 3
ever roast deli chicken
barebells or yogurt at the office
olive bites for dinner
Have a magnificent monday everyone!

Good morning ~ I need to watch White Lotus - I've heard so many good things. The weekend was busy and mellow. Last night we drove around with the kiddo and pups looking at Christmas lights and listening to Christmas music - it was fun. Some of the houses were so cool but also instantly made me think about how much work that was and how I would never. Then again I did a lot of those things while my son was growing up - labor of love. Back to work today - seriously have a ton to do but I am only one person and doing two jobs is no joke. I can't keep this up without help. I just thought of a few things I can delegate right away, that will help tremendously.
QOTD - I had Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin - my favorites. My brothers roommate worked at a record store and would give me all sorts - Doors, ZZ Top, Meatloaf and I don't remember what else.
Yesterday:
b- coffee, low carb quesadilla, l - pozole, d - bbq pulled pork and coleslaw
Today:
b- coffee, L&F yogurt, protein granola
l - meatballs, marinara, parm
d- carnitas salad
Have a great day!

Good Morning! JB- so glad you had a good class- I'm so happy for you that you get to do something you like. Well, Friday's appt didn't go as well as I'd hoped. Since he also removed bone from the deltoid ligament it's going to take longer to heal. He's worried I can rupture it, so no weight on it for another two weeks at least. I have to go to the office today (most of the week likely) since it's busy payroll wise and I have someone new starting today- thankful I have my knee scooter and that John and Em can split up the commute duties. I did get the sutures out.
QOTD: I'm sure this is predictable, New Kids on the Block.

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange
L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit
S: P3, a piece of fruit and yogurt

ES: Greek yogurt and toast with carbmaster bread

Have a great one!
Kelly, I know that you are frustrated, but a couple of weeks or months in the long run isn't that much and if this heals correctly it will be worth it. Keep on scooting!
