What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Heyyyyyy everyone! Happy Friday! Ahhh, I finally got my first day off in like a month yesterday and it was incredible! I barely moved. And I even had like a normalish night's sleep last night. It's a real game changer. Nothing much happening this weekend. I am teaching another class tomorrow but that's about it (besides more decorating, of course!).
Hope everyone has managed the storms okay. We're getting the remnants today with freezing rain and some snow, but nothing too exciting.
QOTD: Let's do another book/show/movie/podcast round up. What do you recommend? I just started White Lotus Season 2 yesterday. Great so far! Other than that, I really haven't had time for any entertainment.
B: Egg bites
L: Mini naan + tzatziki + chicken
D: Turkey burger

Good morning and yay Friday! This has been a long week but for me at least, it's the last full week in a while....in fact, if I can figure out a reason to take a day the week of Jan 7, I could string together 5 short weeks in a row. I don't have a reason to take a day that week but I am pondering it.
QOTD - well, I finished Anna Karenina on my flight home yesterday. Would not recommend, way too long and way too boring. I did also read Karachi Vice which was a very interesting NF on various lives in Pakistan, that one I would recommend. Haven'****ched much TV but I did enjoy Sherwood on BritBox. I am listening to a new podcast called The Tribe about yet another religious cult, this one started in Tennessee but exported everywhere.
Today is just catching up at work, hopefully a call with my bestie if she's up for it; she's finally home from the hospital, and then getting ready for a party tomorrow. I have a bit of a headache and sore throat so I will give myself a nice morning workout before I get going to kick it out of me.
Not sure what the menu holds as I need to go shopping
but coffee plus half and half, probably cottage cheese, and some regular cheese, almonds.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!

Good mornin everyone.
my testing went ok yesterday. They had to stick me twice for bloodwork which was annoying. Everything seems ok enough for surgery. My A1c went down .10 since November 9th so I am happy about that. It looks like I might have a UTI but we'll see what the doctor has to say about that. Hoping not.
Not just a whole lot planned for the day. We need to go to Sam's to get a few things. I've been having a rough time of it with the pain. I guess it's just something you never really get used to. I need to work on a few CM projects this weekend and today if I get the chance. I'm exhausted already so it promises to be a long day.
As of this morning I've lost just shy of 10 pounds in around 5/6 weeks so I'm really pleased with that.
QOTD: I've not got much. I'm trying to start "the hardest of times" about the dust bowl but I'm not able to sit for long.
B: JUST egg bowl and coffee

S: 2 Ivan's cookies, ????
did some of the AI portrait things for fun. Some of them are super funky! Also a pic of a pendant made for a friend I think.

Beautiful chain you made. I like the hair and look of the last photo best! Great job on the weight loss! Keep up the good work.
