Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Oh, QJB I hope the weather does not mess up your plans. I found a local place that is offering cookie classes and I am going to do it after the holidays. I hope to be as good as you are someday.

I ran my BF to the airport so that is why I am so late. Good luck Amy with your follow up. Kelly glad to hear the scooter is working out. I got my last Bible study tonight. Last week was supposed to be it but they decided on doing a potluck and one more study on a paper one of the girls wrote. I really do not want to go but I love to win when it comes to a potluck and excited to hear all the accolades about the Brown butter Vanilla bean cheesecake I will be taking.

I got a lot going on with my Mom. She has been super confused lately to the point we may have to stop her from driving. I really do not want to go through this but there is no one else but my brother and I so will see how this goes. Also, the number of people with Covid here at work keeps going up and I am pissed because if it happens to me, I will be missing Christmas. Last year it was Thanksgiving. Please say prayers I need them.

QOTD: I'm lucky I have a weekly plan.

Accountability: Ugh couple licks more thank i should have off the knife I was cutting the cheesecake with.

TSS: 5 years 3 days 162.4 (Lowest 129.4) This is the Surgerversey week. My sleeve was December 11th then I had a revision to RNY December 18.

7 days apart. My surgeons were stupid. I was throwing up every hour on the hour due to an allergy to the dilaudid they were giving me. They never looked at the pain med and just did a revision. I really never needed it. I believe the first surgeon was drunk but could not prove it. The surgeon who fixed it ended up with a lawsuit against him for killing a young woman and was thrown out of the health network less than a year later. They both still practice. Just crazy but love the Doc I do my follow ups with. She has an award-winning practice in one of the top networks in the US.

B: Coffee with Coffee Mate SF chocolate caramel creamer

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

I throw-up from all narcotic pain meds, so I just avoid them. Sorry it's no fun at all.

Good morning,

I had a successful day with food yesterday, but not wine. Ugh. Today I shall try again. I did get in a workout video yesterday. Exactly thirty minutes and it was hard. Today I am heading out to the stairs shortly as tomorrow I am getting a Dexa scan that's been scheduled for four months (Funny, Amy...right?) So I know i won't make it to the stairs on my usual schedule tomorrow. I just have to get past the excuse part and get started. I'll go soon. I think. And then we need to go get some paint matched, buy something to make for dinner and order our fresh turkey. Exciting times.

QoTD: I just don't know. I hope that our retirement planning proves to be successful and we can continue traveling. And I hope to be able to stay active. But I don't know what I will do to fill all my other time. Sometimes I think about volunteering at the grand girls schools. Sometimes I don't want to leave my pile of books.

Menu today is pretty hit and miss until I get to the market. I'm actually just about out of all leftovers. I need to freezer dive to see if I can find anymore to use up.

B: leftover philly cheesesteak filling and maybe a fried egg on top

L: TBD

D: TBD

Peace Everybody.

Haha! I was channeling you about the hormone panel, too. The bone dexa or muscle and fat too? I didn't know there was a difference until today.
