Love this! I've been learning the fun way that a lot of companies don't seem to love single travelers and will charge for double occupancy in a lot of cases.

Good morning ~ Enjoy your class tonight! Yesterday I got stuck on my revenue report and thought I found a huge mistake from last month. That was an awful feeling of panic and doom but it was fine. Anyway, just a little bit more to do today and that beast is done for the month. This afternoon I have a meeting with my manager and my follow up at the WLC for test results. I am also curious about my blood work. I still have to get my hormone panel for my GYN since that order didn't make it in with the other draw. I may do that on my way home if the line isn't terrible. I was also thinking about asking for a dexa scan - is it worth it at this weight? I was thinking it would be a nice comparison for when I finally get the weight off.

QOTD - My 5 year plan is finish the classes I need to promote to department administrator in 2 years, pay off all debt and throw every penny possible into retirement so I can retire before I'm 70.

Yesterday:

b- coffee, eggs w/cheese

l - chili

d- turkey taco in a bowl

+ 2 glasses of wine and 5 chips ahoy - I will never buy these cookies 'for Rob' again

Today:

b- coffee, cottage cheese w/ebb, tomatoes

l- chicken larb or green curry, no rice

d- taco in a bowl

No wine until Friday at least

you may know this, but the DEXA scans they do in medical offices don't do the body composition part - they just measure bone density. For body composition, you have to go to one of those commercial outfits such as DEXAFit (it'll run c. $150 or so) - or sometimes university sports labs will have them that the public can use, too - and those are often cheaper.

You can also check with local sport rehab or PT offices; they may offer body composition testing for cheaper. A local one here offers 3 body composition tests for $150 (meaning you can get tested for body composition then repeat the test at another time x2 to see if your workout and diet have been effective). Not necessarily for bone density though if that is what you are after.

Good Morning! JB- I hope you have fun teaching the class. Nothing too exciting for me today, more of the same but I did enjoy the walk outside yesterday afternoon and hope to get one in today as well.

QOTD: Get Em through college and then see where we go from there. My plan is to stay with the dealership and really we don't plan on any drastic changes.

Menu: Coffee, oatmeal, fruit and stew are what I know, I am not sure on lunch though.
