Good Morning Queen JB and Meneuers,

Glad you knocked out all the cookie work yesterday. I am hoping for a peaceful fun day for you today. I did get a cheesecake done that will go to a party with us on Christmas eve. I have happy hour tonight at Firebirds than I want to get some cookie dough mixed and in the fridge. I like to let if set a day or 2 before I work with it. It is proven the cookies come out better when you let it rest.

QOTD: I'm neither here nor there but loved the movie Ben as a child.

Accountability: Grazed on fruit all evening.

TSS: 5 years 2 days 161.6 LBS, (Lowest 129.4) This is the Surgerversey week. My sleeve was December 11th then I had a revision to RNY December 18.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

How long between your sleeve and conversion to RNY? Same year? Many people have sleeve to RNY conversion due to dysphagia (nausea, vomiting, difficulty swallowing) or acid reflux. Acid reflux history is one of the contraindications for gastric sleeve. I initially wanted the sleeve but the surgeon said no because of my acid reflux history, so glad he said no since I still have it after the RNY, which would usually cure it.

7 days my surgeons were stupid. I was throwing up every hour on the hour due to an allergy to the dilaudid they were giving me. They never looked at the pain med and just did a revision. I really never needed it. I believe the first surgeon was drunk but could not prove it. The surgeon who fixed it ended up with a lawsuit against him for killing a young woman and was thrown out of the health network less than a year later. They both still practice. just crazy but love this Doc I do my follow ups with.
