I keep forgetting to tell y'all that I have to get bloodwork, an ekg and a chest X-ray Thursday. All to get the nod from my PCP. I just had an ekg in June or may.

Glad to see we made it to Monday. It was definitely a fun one. The wedding was beautiful, and I just enjoyed it. Not one photo. I couldn't hold a drink and a camera at the same time. The ceremony was so awesome the Pastor knew the groom since birth, it was very heart felt and a perfect tribute. It was my second barn wedding this year.

Looks like Covid might be going around the office so I am going to lock myself in. Really do not want to ruin Christmas. I am going to start cookie baking and pumping out some cheesecakes this week. Anybody bake and put cookies in the freezer or am I close enough that I do not need to freeze at this time?

Accountability: More calories from wine than food Saturday. Too many calories Sunday to soak up the wine.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
