Morning gang! Sorry I am late. I literally had no idea it was Monday until I turned on the news.

I worked my ass off over the last 4 days, didn't sleep, and turned in my last 3 papers a few days early to officially wrap up semester 2 of school!!! Wheeee!

Now I have about 4 days of cookie insanity, then I think things will calm down to a normal pace again :)

QOTD: What's your favorite store bought cookie? Pepperidge Farm Mint Milano for me!

B: Egg Bites

L: Veggie Burger

D: Chicken Patty

Good morning and welcome to another wonderful Monday everyone! I hope it's the beginning of a great week!

Yesterday I was just not up to snuff so I went back to bed about 9 am, slept until 130 and then woke up feeling a bit better; took it easy the rest of the day, binged the entire season of Sherwood on Britbox, it was very good. I love the lead actor in it, David Morrissey.

Today we have day 1 of our big quarterly meeting and when I woke up at 330, I had a text from a colleague that found out he was presenting but will be on a flight so asked if I could present for him, I said sure since I'll be in front of my laptop. I'm going to the Immersive Monet exhibit after work today so I've already got my work out in today too.

QOTD - I love the Biscoff cookies so if I buy cookies, it would be those...or maybe a stroopwaffle...but I do enjoy a good Oreo too.

menu today will be

coffee plus half and half X2

deli ham with a cheese stick

built bar

bunless burger

Have a magnificent Monday everyone!!

my husband's a big Biscoff fan (that, and Tate's chocolate chip). I load up when they're on sale at Costco (for him, that is - I'm not a big cookie eater, but I do like those!)

I think that they serve Biscoff on airplanes? They are pretty good.

I made my Browned butter cheesecake using the Biscoff as the crust that I am taking to a potluck on Wednesday. I think it will be marvelous.

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Woo! I'm doing the happy dance for you! Congratulations on wrapping up a semester and making it to winter break! Time for some well deserved R&R between cookie orders. Or, you know, holiday chaos.

QOTD- Nyaker's ginger snaps. Or maybe Tim Tams, but only the ones made in Australia.

Getting ready to head out the door. All that's on my mind is work stuff I haven't been able to get done. Ah, well. Kicking off what will be another office week full of commutes. But at least I can catch up on water consumption.

Accountability- Great on all fronts!

Exercise- Recumbent bike

Menu

Ratio blueberry yogurt

Beef rouladen...hope it's edible...

Sweet and spicy turkey meatballs

Oikos triple zero banana creme yogurt

Protein puffs

Happy Monday, folks!
