What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
I like what you did in the yard. Can't wait to see what it will look like come spring! Beautiful pics of the mountain escape.

Good morning QJB and menuers!
JB, you made it through cookie delivery and to Friday! You've got this. And a break coming soon, fortunately.
QOTD- I base just about everything on experiences or buy stuff for people when it strikes me, like special cheese for my stepfather.
So glad it's Friday! This is my one work from home day this week, and I appreciate it. Only a couple of meetings so I'll be trying to catch up on admin stuff that's fallen behind from the super crazy week.
Yesterday included our half day off site. I was proud to have relatively little trouble avoiding the fruit, muffins, and jalapeño cheddar kolaches...which are my favorite thing from thr bakery they went to. I was prepared having eaten my quiche and with yogurt. Woo! I had a revelation during one of our team building exercises. About 12 people per group were standing on a piece of cloth. We had to flip it over without anyone stepping off and were literally on top of each other. About five minutes in, it struck me...I wasn't the biggest person in my group. It felt so good to not feel like I was taking up twice the space of others people.
The oral surgeon is recommending all four wisdom teeth be extracted since I'm interested in orthodontics. Not sure how I feel about that after he made a point of telling me about age being an issue along with a much higher potential for nerve damage and complications. Will have to think about it a bit more. Next consult isn't until January anyway, so there's time.
Today is the last paid facial treatment. It's been interesting. It looks pretty good for a couple weeks after but I do have kind of ruddy skin. And apparently the veins in my nose are just super persistent. Lucky me. So I'll ask about that today.
My scale the past couple of days is indicating based on its measurements that I'm practically at a normal BMI. This morning it said 25.1. Officially, I have another 20 or so pounds till BMI recognizes it. I'll be bringing this up at my six month follow up next month to see if I can get a body scan.
Accountability- Great! Avoided the bad foods. Finished all my eating by 3pm. Met protein goals. Success!
Exercise- Loving my recumbent bike!
Menu
Crustless quiche slice
Last of the low carb cabbage rolls
Tuna salad
Two good lemon yogurt
Pics are of my cute (to me) shirt I haven't worn in over 5 years, a line that made me laugh from the wrapping of one of my yoga items that arrived yesterday, and my scale from yesterday because I'm tracking it. Cheers, everyone! Happy Friday.
