Math had been a struggle for my kids also. DS will need to take a math placement exam prior to enrolling into college next year if he doesn't pull a B in his current math class. He doesn't think he will be able to though...

Em was able to maintain A's through HS but is fine with passing this trig course.

Its probably better to take the exam and get placed in the right math class even if it's behind where he wants to start.

Yes, I had a potato and a sauerkraut. They were both good but I liked the sauerkraut more.

We only hung out for 3 days and you know me so well. And yes, both involved Alcohol. One they pulled me over for a DUI and I breathed less than the legal limit, but they searched my car and found and ounce of and illegal substance and I got off on illegal search and seizure, but they didn't give it back.

And second time was in Clevland they picked me up on the open container charge. I was set up by the bar I was leaving. We were there for a Steelers Browns game, and we had to get back to the bus and some guy bought me a drink and I had to go so they put it in a to-go cup so I could drink it on the bus. It was bull****

My BIL was also arrested for open container while in college. DH and I lived with him in college. My BIL certainly enjoyed the social aspect of college and went drinking with friends pretty much every weekend. In comparison, DH and I were not social butterflies and went out sporadically. I can remember one weekend my BIL left on Friday, by late Sunday afternoon we still had not seen him. At that point we began to wonder if we should be concerned, when he showed up disheveled and hung-over from the long weekend. Another weekend, when DH and I had gone to visit our parents, we returned to our college town to see that my BIL's vehicle was missing. It turns out he used it for collateral to bail himself and his friends out of jail for open container.

Yup been on a few benders in my day. I can relate but don't really want to get into details.

How weird! I was only able to get the 2ml pen. I had to get the ok from my doc for it and I started today. My pharmacist told me that things are expected to be back in stock in January BUT she wasn't to confident about that.

mY BS's have been trending, fasting, around 96 before I started today so I'm hoping for a good A1c in January. I need to do the carb thing too. Badly.

Your fasting numbers are definitely lower than mine.
