What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Good mornin everyone. I've been up since 12:49 so this promises to be a long day! Good luck on LadyGodiva's surgery today!
Not a lot planned for the day. At least that I know of. My mom wants me to make pumpkin bread for presents, fudge and some candy. We need to get some supplies to do so. I have to find a new somewhat plain pumpkin bread recipe. My mom decided she didn't like the one I've used for a few years. I'll make peanut butter and chocolate fudge. Chocolate covered peanuts and I forget which other she wants to do.
It was another day of feeling like crap yesterday. Nauseous and achy. I have three bright red splats on my arm where I got the Covid shot and it's really sore. I was in so much pain with my legs and feet last night too. The 3rd can't come soon enough. At least then I'll have pain meds until they fill the pump with the morphine on the 24th.
QOTD: not even close to it! My brother was once...he didn't pay a ticket and voila got another one and was arrested. Pretty stupid if you so me! LOL. He was in his late teens and we all know how stupid one can be at that age.
B: JUST egg bowl & coffee
L: leftover homemade pizza
D: hamburger soup
S: ????
I got a new app from adobe and loved this edit of Opal.

Sorry you are struggling with pain. Does your mom help with the cooking?

Good morning ~ Yesterday was a success at work! My new office is coming together nicely. Having everything I need and being able to get work done was amazing. I floated out of there last night and slept like a baby. Hopefully today is just like that. I have deadlines I want to meet and beat this month. Thankful for a light calendar today.

Getting through the surgery is job number one for both of you actually. But what may help is to just start with a stretching program. Make a conscious effort to change into your gym clothes, go into your workout space and do your stretches. If you develop a ritual, the intensity will follow. And hopefully the stretching helps with some of the aches.

I'm with you on the exercise. But at least you have an excuse. I can't even say I have a reason. Just like I have bible study tonight but if someone rings my phone for happy hour, I am in. So much for accountability!!
